Larry was the best thing to happen to me since sliced bread😃 I texted him and asked him if he could accommodate an earlier time and he rearranged his whole schedule on my behalf. He came super early AND waited for me to arrive without a bit of annoyance. He was extremely pleasant and VERY professional. Explaining all there is to know about the life cycles of insects. We hope we get Larry again in the future. We have had some doozies as exterminators (from other companies) but every once in a while, you get a Larry. Thanks Orkin for sending us a true professional 👍

24 hour customer service is a lie. The representative I spoke to knew about my fear and exploited it. I called every 24 hr number i could find to cancel my appointment. Fear is not a way to get a customer. I am sorry I had to pick an actual shop for this. You are working for a company that is knowing using people's fear to commit to a year long contract

I had crawl space work done at the beginning of the season. I knew the price they quoted me was higher than other companies I spoke to, but I used Orkin Cherry Hill in the past for raccoons, squirrels, birds, and other infestation problems in the past and they did a good job then so I thought they’d do a similarly good job this time. They did not. The technicians called me telling me they were running late and the work they provided looked sloppy, unprofessional, and incomplete in areas; it looked like something a homeowner who didn’t know what he was doing would do and ran out of insulation towards then end. They also damaged an air duct, failed to reinstall it, and didn’t alert me to the problem; I only realized they damaged it when I noticed a vent wasn’t blowing air. The representative I spoke to initially also mislead me on certain details when we spoke in person, but because I didn’t have that in writing I couldn’t press forward with the matter. I tried calling the representative I spoke to initially but they ignored me. After a week of trying to call and email them I eventually got their manager. I had to wait an additional week for them to finish installing the last several batts of insulation and I had to fix their other mistakes myself. I had to totally replace the air duct myself and was not compensated. It was at this time I also realized that even if they didn’t disconnect the flexible air duct, they sprayed so much canned foam that it grew and choked the line.

If I could leave a negative rating, I would. This office never answers or returns calls. Once I signed up they made all these promises and never followed through with anything. We call to request assistance with ants and no responses. But they want to keep charging my card. Soon I’ll be calling the BBB. They need to get there act together. Don’t use them unless you just want to give away money for no services . But if you insist, then find a nice charity to give to instead.

I had a beehive in front of my house,but no one showed up,I called customer service twice,and first time said helped me did the treatment,but he didn’t helped me ,I felt bad experience

I would not recommend Orkin Exterminating Company. Their technicians do not seem adequately trained for certain types of infestations. Appointments are unreliable — sometimes they show up, sometimes they don’t. Even when they do, it’s inconsistent whether they actually enter the house. Overall, this is not the type of exterminating company I would refer. when I called the office to cancel, they were very apologetic, but unfortunately, that is not what I was looking for. I need someone to come Out and provide the service that I had paid for.

Received a phone estimate for ants. Told Orkin I needed to review with husband. Contract sent online. Orkin worker called to set up time. I left message that I needed to review with husband and was not setting a time. This worker came later in week calling from outside that he was there for scheduled service (I never set a time). I had not answered the door. He left a second message that he treated the outside and needed to get inside. He was about to leave as I called back. I told him I never set a time and I didn't sign anything. He replied that he was just a technician and I have to call the office, then drove away. Any charges will be disputed for obvious reasons.

My visit was May 31, 2025, my technician was Jay Morris who only sprayed for ants inside and out. His service call took all of 15 minutes and I never received the mosquito 🦟 service that was suppose to come with the visit. He told me to call the office they would make the appointment for the mosquito 🦟 service, I'm still waiting this July 5, 2025. Called the office to cancel my service, I cannot believe how unprofessional the female manager I spoke to about receiving a complete refund, after all I never received the mosquito service and tech was in and out within 15 minutes. I will leave the manager of the office in Cherry Hill Mr Stokes. The manager said she would refund the 106.00 and not the initial 276.00. I should receive a complete refund, from the total disappoint your company has caused. I will call the bug bombers to deal with the mosquito 🦟. Thanks, hopefully I can get some satisfaction.

***UPDATE* They have very sneaky, dirty business practices. You are unable to cancel the SERVICE agreement unless it is two days after the service. My autopay was scheduled to take place in a couple of weeks. I called to cancel because I already have a subscription service with another agency in place. I was told it is fine to cancel the agreement as it is not a contract. Welp. The lady was not only nasty but I told her I would stop it at the bank. Which I am currently doing. Unbelievable. I would never use them ever again! Kevin B. Came out to service my home today. He was EXTREMELY kind and professional. He went above and beyond to assist me with my rodent problem. Exceptional, Quality Service was provided!!

If I could give no stars I would! The guy showed up with sunglasses on and kept them on while treating inside my home that was the first flag. After he went treated our crawlspace . He was supposed to spray around the outside of my home and he didn’t.i paid for inside treatment, outside up to five -10 feet out from the home. He collected payment left & The problem worsened and they couldn’t come back out for almost two weeks . I have more springtails on my house now then before he came!! When you go on the website they prop themselves up on a pedestal for all the preparations and precautions they take and I promise I didn’t receive none of that , no inspection, very unprofessional! The guy who came definitely needs training and if he’s the problem then he give this company a bad look! I’m dealing with a pest nightmare, they got paid and my problem got worse!

I initially signed up with an every 3 month service which was going well and I loved but then I had 2 appointments I requested be rescheduled due to me being at work and I need the inside of my house done more than outside. I did not get a response via the text for rescheduling and both times the tech showed up, rang the bell then left without providing service and I was billed. Orkin tried to tell me he sprayed the exterior when I have security cameras that showed he did not and went into his truck and stayed there until he left. Now they keep calling me saying I owe them money for services that were not even provided and threatening me with collections unless I have them come out tomorrow for service and also pay the past due, again for services never provided.
