Mr. Wong, we apologize that you feel like we "renegged" on a quote but that is simply not what happened. As was explained to you over the phone the price that you are claiming to have received was a price from 2022. Just like everything in today's economy the prices now are different then what they were three years ago. Not only was this explained to you but when the price was given verbally prior to even sending you the quote you had ackowledged it. It was only brought to our attention after you had agreed to the job that you had received something that reflected the price from three years ago. Naturally, just like any other company we would not honor a price that is not only old but was not what was discussed and ackowledged verbally as the price was always the same on our end. Fast service - was able to come out the same day for a yellow jacket infestation in our home. Took care of our issue in a very professional manner and explained everything thoroughly. Would definitely use again in the future!

The sales manager was deceptive in the services he sold me. The tech arrived with no ladder on his vehicle. I had explained to the sales manager that it was a two-story building with extended decks on the 2nd floor. As a result the job was only partially completed The technician recommended that I call into the office the following day and reschedule them to come out and complete the job. The sales manager refused to do this and changed his story regarding the scope of his treatment of the building. I would not recommend this or any other exterminator if they didn't come out to your location for an on site estimate. A mistake I will not make again.

This is not the level of service we aim to provide.<br><br>At the time of sale, our understanding was that there was only one deck accessible through the home, and we were not made aware of the second deck until our technician arrived onsite. I contacted the company to report that my tenant had been hearing strange noises at night coming from the roof. The tenant confirmed there were no signs of rodents inside the house. A manager informed me that a technician would perform a full inspection of the property and provide an estimate based on their findings, which I agreed to. Later, I received a call stating that the technician had found evidence of rodents and provided an estimate accordingly, despite the tenant telling the technician that the noise came from the roof and that she had seen a raccoon approaching the house two days prior. She also reiterated that there were no signs of rodents inside. I agreed to proceed with the technician's recommendation under the assumption it would resolve the issue. The technician set a rodent trap and left. According to the tenant, he only checked the basement and did not inspect the roof. The next day, the tenant saw the raccoon again near the house, and a neighbor confirmed the same sighting. The strange noise from the roof also persisted. I called the manager back to explain that a raccoon had been seen entering the house and that the original problem that was supposed to be resolved two days ago still existed. However, the manager claimed this was a new issue and would require a separate service at an additional cost. He also denied that I had mentioned the noise was coming from the roof, insisting I said it was from the wall instead. To avoid an argument, I explained that the tenant had shown the technician the exact location of the noise and was confident it wasn’t caused by rodents. I suggested we find a way to resolve the matter collaboratively, but the manager maintained it was a new issue and quoted $565 for further service. I ended the call to gather more details from the tenant and later attempted to contact the manager again to share the tenant’s messages. However, someone else answered and refused to let me speak with him, and their tone was notably dismissive. In the end, I paid $345.50 without the original issue being resolved.

Mr. Moor, when you originally called in you stated that your tenants had heard something in the walls of the property. With that being the only information given we sent a technician out and did a full inspection of the property. There were no signs of raccoon activity at the time of the inspection but there were however rodent feces, scratch marks, and rub marks in your basement. All of these are consistent with the rodent issue that we treated you for. This was all explained to you extremely thoroughly and the technician even showed the tenants where the droppings and other indications were per the Office's request. The Office also notified you that per the technician's recommendations the property needs to be cleaned up as the grass was unkept and there was trash around the property which are two things that tend to help mice into a property. You agreed to this service and moved forward with the treatment as that was the only findings at the property up until a few days ago when your tenant called and stated that their neighbor saw a raccoon on the roof. This information was then relayed to you and we offered you the appropriate service as there were no signs of any wildlife activity other than rodents at the time of the original service. Just like any other pest control company we are only able to recommend services based on our findings at the time of the inspection, with those only findings being recent rodent activity that is the service that was rendered per your approval. The tenant and yourself both never mentioned seeing a raccoon until earlier this week when she called the office. The fact of the matter is that you have two issues at the property which have nothing to do with one another and must be treated separately as any other company would and you refused the service to rectify your raccoon problem. If you change your mind and would like to move forward with the service feel free to contact the office and set up a service to do so. Thank you and have a great day.

I decided to call A Bell Pest Services after I noticed yellow jackets made their home in my home near my chimney. They scheduled me within a couple of days and came out at the promised time. Warner was our technician and he was very knowledgeable and explained everything right down to making sure I brought my dogs in before he started...a quick job and he was on his way. A couple of days later I noticed there were more bees! I called back and Warner came out the next day at no charge. The second time was a charm...no more yellow jackets! They were responsive, friendly, reasonably priced and very professional. They also sponsored my grandson's football team here in town which says a lot about their character and their commitment to the communities they service! I always support small businesses when I can and I'm sure glad I found them. I highly recommend to anyone that needs pest control service!
The tech that can to my house was super informative, he answered all of our questions and gave extra tips on different pest and how they could invade. He was very pleasant to talk too and the experience was great

Every morning we have stepped outside to our porch completely covered in what looked like sawdust. We’d sweep away, and by the next day the porch was covered again. To add to the mystery, the adjacent bushes were also covered in dust. We started to worry when we look at the ground by the wooden front porch and there looked to be 2 feet of this wood pulp material. Something was ravenous and feasting on our Haddonfield house. We are contracted with Terminix and could not get them on the phone. We have to leave messages and no one calls back. At our wits end we called A Bell Pest Solutions. We like that A Bell is close to Haddonfield, we loved their reviews and we loved that someone answered the phone. When I got to speak to the exterminator he knew exactly what the pest was— carpenter ants! He took the time to explain how these hungry insects work and assured us that while they leave a big mess, the damage after a few days would be minimal. The best part? With Terminix we often have to wait weeks for treatments A Bell is coming out today! We signed a contract and the peace of mind is wonderful. We are going to switch all our exterminating services from Terminix to A Bell including termite, mice and pest contracts over to A Bell Pest Control. If you’re looking for friendly and knowledgeable exterminators in Cherry Hill, Haddonfield, Collingswood and the surrounding South Jersey area, you’ll be glad you called. They’re patient and calmed my anxiety! No more carpenter ants!

I cannot boast and brag enough about this company A Bell pest services. After contacting two other rodent control services prior, I became frustrated as one was over priced and the other unorganized & incompetent. I was referred to A Bell by an ex employee. My technician Luis was prompt, and professional. He investigated the property and devised an affordable plan suitable to rid the mice and maintain the property free of other insects bugs ants and spiders which are also a food source for the mice. I could not be more pleased with Luis and his efficiency to help me rid of the problem. I HIGHLY recommend this company for any pest control services. 😊

My house had serous mice in kitchen as you can see with three in one trap! I was SO impressed with Warner who came to my house on time. Sabrina in the office is amazing and everything they stated prior to contract was executed. I had contract with two companies (one local and one national) who cancelled and didn’t show up. This business was recommended by neighbor and I highly recommend them. Angelo called me to discuss problem and so far not one ratatouille has been spotted!!!!!

We are in our 23rd year of being customers of Abell Pest Services. We're not sure why we left our prior vendor but we do know that we have never looked back. We see familiar techs year after year which is a tribute to the loyalty of the owners and the employees. They are like family friends. We've never had a complaint and have never been solicited for unnecessary services. We use the quarterly service and they stay on schedule. They are always available between services for emergencies like ants, wasps, or other pests. A Bell Pest Serviced paid a call to my home to remove a wasp hive from an area outside and to spray for general bugs inside and out. They were very professional and neat and pleasant. The hive is gone and I’m very happy about that. A Bell with return in 3 months for general insect maintenance. 5 Stars!

This company is pathetic!!! My 4 year old son was bit by a rat inside of the home I rent. I have been asking my landlord to take care of the problem for months.... (all documented) After my son was bit, code enforcement was called and they told the landlord they needed an exterminator out to do an inspection of the house. My landlord called A Bell Pest Services for some reason... I live outside of King of Prussia, PA. It's an hour and 18 minutes from their office... I thought that was weird at first, but ignored it. Their technician came to my house with the landlords to do the inspection. I video taped the entire inspection for my records. The technician is on video tape saying there is rats and mice inside my house. I thought they would put that in their report and everything would be addressed properly and I'd be able to get back into the house I pay $2200 a month in rent for.... But to my surprise, the technicians report to the code enforcement department stated that there was NO INDICATION of ANY rodents inside of the property..... that gave my landlord the right to fill all of the holes on the outside of the house trapping the rats in the walls.... and I was told that the property was safe for my family to go back into because of their technicians false report.... NOTHING was fixed! And I have them on video tape contradicting the report they turned into the code enforcement department.... I had my own exterminator come out today, and their report to the health department stated that the house is not in liveable condition... there is MAJOR evidence of rodents inside the house.... SHAME ON THIS WHOLE COMPANY FOR ALLOWING SUCH A PATHETIC INDIVIDUAL TO REPRESENT YOUR BUSINESS.... YOU KNOWINGLY TRIED TO PUT MY FAMILY IN FURTHER DANGER BY FALSIFYING A REPORT.... AND IF ANYONE IS INTERESTED TO SEE THE EVIDENCE I HAVE, ID BE GLAD TO SHARE IT WITH YOU. I ALREADY CONTACTED SEVERAL NEWS STATIONS AS WELL.😎👍

Mr. Tiziana, let me start by saying that we have been and continue to do everything that we can to rectify your rat problem. We are family owned and operated since 1975 and our service area encompasses New Jersey, Pennsylvania and Delaware. While we can certainly appreciate the fact that you have been having issues with your landlord regarding this situation, we were hired for service at the property that you rent on November 13, 2023.<br><br>We would like to address a few comments made in your review. Your landlord filled out an inquiry for Pest Control through Angi Leads, just as you did when you were searching for a company to come out on your own. Since Conshohocken is within our service area, we reached out to your landlord who then scheduled an appointment for us to come and do an inspection. There is nothing odd about this, it is a common occurrence due to our service areas. <br><br>Our Inspector is on video saying that there are rats in your walls (no evidence was found of rats within the living areas of the home) there was evidence of mice within the living areas which is what was also stated in his report. If your landlord chose to fill the holes on the exterior, that had nothing to do with our report or verbal communication. As per your video, a conversation was had with you and our inspector (at 16:12 in the video on 11/13/23) where he specifically states that he is there to kill the rats and once we know they are gone, then it can be closed up. At 16:35 of the video on 11/13/23 a conversation was held between you and the landlord regarding not closing anything up yet.<br><br>Our inspector at no time stated that the property was safe for your family, when you questioned him if it was habitable he stated that the matter was a rock and a hard place situation (meaning that, that decision was up to you - with no evidence of rats on the interior to the best of our determination upon what was accessible he could not make that call). There was evidence of mice within the home, but rat evidence was only heard not seen, in your video dated 11/13/23, you stated that you had not seen any rats on the interior as well.<br><br>To date, the rat situation has greatly improved with very little activity noted in the exterior stations and no activity has been heard within the walls by our team as of 11/29/23. We feel that our inspectors have been professional and honest and stand by their findings and actions. We do find it unfortunate that a battle between the landlord and tenant seems to have dragged us into this situation. Our inspectors and technicians are now put into a situation where the police have been there to keep the peace between the landlord and tenant and Mr. Tiziana videos our associates the entire time. Mr. Tiziana offers evidence to anyone interested, we feel very comfortable with what transpires on the videos which also gives an indication of the difficulty of doing an inspection within the residence.<br>
Be aware of this company. They treated our home and did a terible dangerous job. They drilled a hole through our kitchen floor and dumped chemicals in not knowing what they were doing. I knew something was wrong so I pulled up the floor and saw that the chemicals were just laying on the vapor barrier. They avoided me on the phone and when I went to their office they called the police on me and lied about what transpired..Don't use them!

Had an appointment for a 3 hour window on Saturday. No call/no show. Called Monday morning and received an attitude filled earful about how the kid who took my appointment doesn’t work weekends and 45 hours a week is enough for him. That was my response for why nobody came to my house after waiting 3 hours for them. The manager called me back and reiterated that her teenager who takes appointments made a mistake and has already apologized to me (which he didn’t). So I’ll be taking my business elsewhere.
When we moved in a year ago we had a lot of bugs so we contacted this company after a referral. They came out and "inspected" and charged us over $500 to spray for carpenter ants and just bugs? The carpenter ants were extra. Then an additional $115 quarterly and as many visits as need be if we saw bugs. We had to call them out often and when they came they NEVER treated the whole property- in and out. Never once treated the crawlspace. They were always rushing. I just now cancelled after being charged for the first quarter- they never came out. They SAY they came out and sprayed outside- completely unacceptable. Do the WHOLE job if you want to get paid. I may try to fight the charge.
I wish I could give them a 0!!!! I moved into a home that had a ton of bugs because it was on the beach and it was warm so all the bugs were trying to get in. I called in this company, they came out right away to inspect our home. I had a great feeling about them coming out to do the work after the inspection. The first visit went great without a hitch. The second visit wasn’t so great. They showed up without contacting me and only did the outside (and instead of contacting me to finish the inside of the house they tried taking the money right out of my account) I told them they wouldn’t get paid until the WHOLE service was rendered. I spoke to someone and told them I didn’t want the exterior services done unless the whole job would be getting done that same visit and to not come out unless I’m contacted. Then after the 2nd visit even more spiders showed up. So we had them come out a 3rd time and do whatever they do for spiders again! At this point I still had spiders and huge ones at that. Since we didn’t see a difference between them coming and them not coming I was debating on not using them anymore. So when my next service came up the lady called me twice and a normal company would either keep calling until they got me or hold off on the service (which I told them I didn’t want any services rendered unless they spoke to me) she sent the person to come out anyway and because my boyfriend thought I set this up he let them right in to do what they do. So I cancelled my credit card and they WILL NOT be getting paid for a service I never approved nor asked for.
I I recently reached out to this company to address a summer time fly issue in my home. They sent someone out the very next day named Michael. Michael was extremely knowledgeable and I trusted his advice to get a quarterly program started. Before the day ended my thought process on what seem to be a professional organization was completely turned upside down. The company contacted me later that afternoon to say that they made a mistake in a charge and wanted to get my approval for a second charge with a refund credit for the first. Unfortunately as I was checking my bank account while on the phone I self discovered that they charge my account two times for a total of 500 dollars before even calling. Needless to say I was extremely disappointed but was willing to continue with the service because of Micheal's professionalism. My appointment window was scheduled for the next day between 2 and 5 PM. I received a call from the office at 4:40 PM stating that the technician was late and they didn't even have my address despite Michael making an IN HOME VISIT the day before. Yet again, another form of miscommunication between the Company and I. I expressed my concern that at every turn there had been dysfunction. I asked to cancel the contract because the service I expected to receive versus the experience leading up to the service was horrible. Micheal called me back and stated that they were willing to cancel the contract and would refund my total charges. I told Micheal that I would not write a review in light of this since I was not a customer despite my horrible experience. To my chagrin I woke up this morning with my account charge for $250 and no credit insight. My strong recommendation is that you run away from this company as fast as possible. I now have to fight them to get back money that they never earned. It was the worst decision to hire them from home advisor where their reviews are much more glowing. Please by all means find someone else.
I have had three conversations about calling me to make an appointment before coming to treat my home and this is the third time I have found an invoice shoved in my door - without giving me the courtesy of a call and once again the interior of my home was not treated. It is useless to speak with Jennifer - she could care less about her customers. Who knows if they did anything when they said they were here - I can’t figure out how this company is still in business with all the bad reviews they receive. I will be looking for another company - three strikes and you’re OUT!!
