BE CAREFUL WHEN YOU HIRE THEM. They don't take responsibility for issues they cause. Overall, the work Guardian did was fine. However, we found out later they didn't cover a basement pipe that was connected to our washing machine. Since they neglected to do this, debris got stuck in the pipe and blocked water coming from our washing machine. We had to pay $800 in repairs for their negligence! I called to talk to Guardian about it and ask that they help with the bill and they ghosted me. The owner immediately denied it without even bothering to look into it. I will never call them again and I recommend you don't either.

Brandon and the Guardian team are second to none. I’ve been having issues with squirrels getting in to the area in my roof between the 2nd floor and the attic- in other words, it is a situation that most other pest control companies told me is not something they would be able to do. For the 3 quotes that I did receive to get something like this done, Brandon gave me a quote that was by far the most affordable and comprehensive to make sure my situation was resolved. They are kind, trustworthy and extremely knowledgeable to make sure you get your money’s worth. This is my new go-to for whenever I need any pest control remediation.

From the first call with Lorena at the office to Mike Pagano the technician coming to my home, I knew I was good hands. These guys are true professionals. I had termite issues and after having several companies come to home to give me some guidance Mike and and his team took the time to explain what was really going on in my home. His detail in doing the job right showed in so many ways. Even his helper was very professional, these guys rock. They made a bad situation, not feel that bad at all.

Horrible experience with Guardian. When I purchased my house I inherited their "warranty". Apparently what that means is that they do nothing. And then when you schedule an inspection they tell you it's covered under that warranty, but instead they bill you $130 for a renewal you never agreed to. Your mileage may vary but my experience was a bait and switch.

This company is extremely unprofessional and unethical. I was quoted a price by the owners son however when the treatment was completed the service tech provided me a higher price. When speaking to the office they had no knowledge. Complained and was provided an apology and a lawn and interior and exertior treatment-none of which were or have been scheduled or done. My brother had his home listed for sale and had an inspection performed-at that time they found there was termite activity and some damage. He had the termite treatment done and the work completed by another company since Guardian needed the HVAC removed in order to perform the repair. The buyers brought in their own termite company which found additional termite damage and possible activity. Guardian was called since they performed the treatment only to be told he would be charged, For What! They were already paid for the service. That buyer walked away from the deal and now has another buyer and needs the report the termite treatment was done. After speaking to Loraina, which stated to me I was playing games. GAMES!?, who has time for games! Ultimate she hung up on me as I was telling her the truth about her company's unethical activities. Do yourself a favor and choose a company which stands by their quotes and informs a client of the procedures instead of gouging the customer. I will also be filing a BBB complaint-Get your procedures corrected, and inform the client! In response to the company rebuttal: First: I cancelled ALL future services with your company,. No such scheduling has transpired or EVER. Second: Your company was paid for a termite treatment, what is being requested is a certificate stating the termite treatment was performed. So all this other information are Lies. Even our broker is perplexed as per why you wont provide the proof of service you were paid for. SHAME ON YOU!!!!!

We respectfully disagree with your assessment of this situation. I am sorry that you do not understand the process that we as a company have to follow when dealing with real estate transactions and the paperwork that is required to be issued for settlement. It is not the requirement of Guardian that paperwork needs to be dated within a certain timeframe for settlement, but is a requirement of the buyers mortgage company. Any paperwork that would have been issued in May would not have been valid in August or September, requiring an additional inspection.<br>As far as damages at the property, the seller was notified several times that there was damage at the property. The inspector did not miss anything, as there was a lot of areas covered. The seller chose to make the repairs himself and then hired someone else to do the work all the while calling Guardian asking us what and how he needed to do the repairs.<br>Courtney from the office will be calling you to schedule your pest control and lawn spray services. She was advised that you would be calling in to schedule the services.

Came out because of a noise inside the wall. Immediately diagnosed the issue without examining the situation or hearing the noise. We chose them because of the lifetime warranty. They came out twice and the noise still persists, and now they are refusing to honor the warranty because they claim they "came out to get rid of carpenter bees,” which is firstly incorrect, but secondly, even if they did, the bees are still here. How is the warranty void because of their misdiagnosis? Take your money elsewhere.
