Chad was excellent!! Made the time to answer my questions on how to trap a raccoon in our home. Answered my text messages on a Friday and Saturday morning. We placed outside and raccoon was in the trap this morning. Chad made time to come to our home this today. Took care of the raccoon and gave advice on how to secure the panels. Thanks so much!!

Chad, of Pro 🪤 pers, was recommended To me by one of my neighbors. He was able to install cameras and determine where the squirrels were entering our home. They were coming in through the unscreened fan on the roof. Chad was able to set traps to catch this squirrels before they entered through the fan.. He recommended a service to place a steel metal screen over the fan in order to keep the squirrels out. All worked well. No more squirrels. I highly recommend Chad, very easy to work with, very timely honesrt, and professional. He got the job done! I don’t think you will find anyone better.

Very knowledgeable and professional

This service company was excellent, I called on Sunday morning about a skunk somewhere around the back porch and 2 hours later the professional was on-site. He trapped the skunk and removed it from the property. You can only imagine how pleased and happy I was. Also, he advised me how to remove the odor from inside the house. He is now my go to guy.

Chad is awesome! He came out the same day I called for a potential squirrel issue and he checked all surrounding entry points and provided feedback it was not a squirrel issue. He is super knowledgeable, very friendly and personable and is just all around professional. I heard something that no one wanted to hear - a noise in the attic. I reached out and got a call back and text from Chad, himself. He communicated with me professionally and was very easy to speak with an understand what was going on and what he could do to help. In fact, he came out that same day to do a preliminary check of the yard to see what it might be and where it might have gained entry. Pro-Trappers are AMAZING. Chad set the cages up for our ground hogs. Left, drove an hour away to set other traps for someone else, had to drive another hour to pick up a squirrel he caught. It was the end of the day and we are another hour away. We called him to tell him after only a couple hours after he left the first ground hog was caught. He was I'm sure exhausted from all the driving but decided to drive ANOTHER hour up to us to get the ground hog that was in the cage. What a kind heart towards the animals. He did not want it to stay overnight stressed. These are the people you want handling your needs. They are very professional and good on every level. I HIGHLY recommend them!

We had to utilize ProTrappers twice in a weeks time. Yes, the 2nd visit was needed and not their fault. The experience was excellent and Chad was very quick to visit us for the jobs. He shared valuable insights into bats in the house and he's now in our phone book for future use if/when needed.

We recently needed the help of Chad from pro trappers. We unfortunately had some squirrels building a nest in the rafters of our deck. Chad initially gave us some advice for free to try and deter the squirrels. When that didn't work, Chad set up some traps. Chad was very responsive and came quickly to remove the trapped squirrels. He was always available by text to answer our questions. Although we hope to never have any more squirrel issues, we would definitely use him again. We highly recommend his services

We are so thankful to pro trappers and can not thank him enough for all of his help! We Wish we had called him in sooner! Chad came out the same day and guided us through the process to successfully remove 5 adult raccoons and 5 babies! The babies were hiding and had to be removed very strategically all of this was done seamlessly. The communication was great via text (even on weekends and Holidays) and he was always available to answer any questions or concerns we had! He talked me down multiple times from wanting to move out of my house because of the raccoons! We can now sleep at night knowing they are gone!!

I very, very rarely leave reviews (a character flaw of mine because I read everyone else but rarely contribute myself, I promise I will work at that). Anyway, the level of service that I recently received from Chad, the owner of ProTrappers, was exceptional!!! I had a situation with a skunk that had figured out how to fall into a nearby sewer pipe and then not be able to get back out. Not only that but somehow the skunk had managed to get a plastic cup stuck on his head (perhaps the reason he fell in to begin with?)... YOU CAN'T MAKE THIS STUFF UP! Well, I am an animal lover and felt very bad for this skunk but had NO idea how I was going to help him. After doing a Google search and calling a bunch of local trapping companies (by the way not a single other company even bothered to call me back, they must all be millionaires) I finally got a call back from ProTrappers who called me back in less than 5 minutes after I left a message for him. More than that he recognized that time was of the essence and was at my location in Marlton 45 minutes later! Last but not least, if you care about animals and want them to be treated with compassion and care, please call ProTrappers. Chad truly cares about the animals he traps/rescues and he did everything he could to make sure the skunk was not injured while being rescued. The happy conclusion to this story is that the skunk was rescued and then secured in a crate long enough so that Chad could carefully cut the cup of the skunks head. Chad then determined that the skunk looked healthy enough to be released back into the woods where he/she lives. Thanks Chad you are EXCELLENT at what you do! -Scott
