I live in an apartment complex and unfortunately the complex uses this company they come into my apartment and spray one corner of a cabinet Don't Spray any perimeters and leave one trap I don't know how these people are still in business or get good reviews

I have been using Expel Exterminating Experts since 2018 for my home and I will never use anyone else. Mike, the Owner, is a pleasure to work with and takes pride in delivering the best services possible. Cynthia, the office manager, is amazing and if you have and questions or concerns, she is right on top of things. Also, every technician that has come out to treat our home is professional, kind, and are true experts. Dominick, one of their technicians is awesome to work with! He's super friendly, makes sure to explain what he's doing and treats our home with care like it's his own home. I also love how Expel provides a 15 to 30 minute call before they arrive so if you have pets or whatnot, you have time to get ready before they arrive. Hands down the best extermination company. If you are looking for quality service, competitive prices, and a company to meet your extermination needs, look no further. You will be happy!!! 💯

Richard the exterminator was very professional and efficient highly recommended.

This was my first time attempting to use this company. My appt was scheduled and confirmed for a Saturday between 12-4pm. I remained at my home the entire duration. Around 3:55pm I placed a called to the company because I had not heard from anyone and I wanted to ensure that an inspector was still coming to my home, as this was an inspection only appt. When I called a man answered he politely confirmed that the inspector was intended to get to me by 3pm but that he's on a spray job which could've held up his schedule however he is 20mins from my home at this other job and he would have him give me call. I thanked him for the information and we ended the call and then I waited some more. At 6pm after I still heard nothing I called again, only to be met by an operator message stating the company is now closed. I was not able to reach anyone and no one reached out to me. I will never be using this company again nor will I be recommending them to anyone. The actions displayed were unprofessional and unbecoming of a business. Do better.

Used them for a friend and they were the worst. Six month guarantee my behind, they did come back but were so rude like they were doing me a favor and then told me if this did correct the problem, I would need to pay for additional service. I’m on the phone making an appt with a woman and then the “manager” takes the phone to yell at me. I sat quietly and then he said “are you there?” My replay was “Who were you talking to because I am for sure and for certain that it wasn’t me!” He changed that tone quick. I will gladly pay for additional services, but not to you. Shorty work and ignorant. Part for my payment is how well you treat me.

One of their drivers drove very aggressively and tried to maneuver in such a way as to prevent me from getting on to the highway when there was a lot of traffic. Dangerous and not appreciated. Maybe working with the insecticides improperly have caused him some brain damage I do not know!

Scheduled a service to remove a wasps nest from my home between 1 and 3. After waiting until 2 hours into the window I called to confirm that they were coming because we have an open house for the property over the weekend. They never showed up. Very glad I didn't pay upfront when they gave me the option to pay upfront or after service was completed. Tried to call and see if there was an issue but they were closed for the day with no warning or heads up.

Service tech came to my house rushed through the job and they didn't wanna explain anything or help me out. Then when they took my cc info to bill me they billed me more than once. When I called the office some girl who didn't seem to know anything left me on hold to speak with someone else. After 15 minutes on hold I got tired of waiting and now have to waste more time to go to there office to straighten this out. Such an unorganized company

This is a horrible company with an ignorant egomaniac owner. Do not use this company you will be sorry with the way they speak to you the horrible service and the double billing which is illegal

Horrible unprofessional company. I should of bought chemicals from home depot and treated my house by myself. I would of accomplished a whole lot more.

Don't do it. They charged my debit card with out approval and I had to give them a visit. To reverse the charge. Their job was not satisfactory and I was not happy. Came a second time and I was still not satisfied and that's why they charged me again. Just say nooooooo!!!!!!!!!

One word, Horrible. "Techs" had to come out for a a second time to do missed things job steps after being busted for cutting crap loads of corners.. Also, They make appointments and give you windows of 2-3 hours?! Then they still run late, then you call and they say let us call our tech. And find out when he can go... etc.. like really?! Stay away trust me.
