### 5-Star Review for Termite Remediation I needed termite remediation on my log cabin. I was extremely nervous due to the age of the home and how close our well was to the cabin. I have been using Expert Pest Control for 20 plus years for many different properties. There is definitely no one else I would trust with my safety concerns for our family. They tailored the treatment to ensure it was safe for our well water, which was a big relief. The owner came out to personally go over everything with us and to oversee the entire job. The technicians working on the house were very knowledgeable and very nice. This was a complicated job regarding the well water plus the aesthetics of the home. There was minimal impact to pavers and landscaping etc. Besides leaving a five star review, I am reiterating there is no other company I would trust if you have a well. They are the most knowledgeable in the business and make safety their number one priority.

I have been a customer for many years. The staff are always courteous and knowledgeable. I have referred many friends and co-workersxto Expert Pest. Every one of them thanked me!!!! I have used their services in connection with a variety of issues ranging from a major termite infestation to the occasional wayward groundhog. Everything is always done promptly and right. Let me start by saying I usually enjoy supporting small locally-owned business. However, this is one of the occasions that I did not. I called for an estimate and was greeted by an very nice person who was very expeditious at setting up a time to come out...within 24 hours. Then I was told about a week maybe 2 before I could get scheduled for the treatments that were needed. I gave a sizable deposit and fast forward 3 weeks and finally got scheduled. By the lady that schedule the appointment on the phone I was told between 12pm and 2pm on a specific date. Then latter in the day received a text that said between 12p and 3p...ok fine. The day of my appointment came and at 4pm I have still not seen the guys that were scheduled to be here. As I'm getting ready to call they pull up to my house...so an hour after their scheduled finish time. So now im forced to cancle plans i had.Then i was asked to borrow a screw driver bit so he could get under my porch, my partner had to "remind him to reattach the lattice work for under my porch, they guy was not done until almost 6:30p, and they left my yard in a complete mess. I will not be using or referring them to anyone.

Highly recommend this company. They are prompt, courteous and get the job done. We had great experiences whenever we’ve needed to call on them. Owner is super nice and the workers are always friendly.

Worst place of business do not go here the owner treats his employees like dirt like they don’t have lives either or that they are beneath him zero I mean zero out of 5 stars would not recommend sad excuse of a company
