Tech were very good and knowledgeable. Would recommend to a friend. My only suggestion is that you leave a pamphlet on what to do after the 2nd treatment. What if I find bugs? What can I continue to treat with? Can I spray the baseboards, etc. That would be vry helpful.

Great experience. This was my first time using this company’s services. I had a yellow jacket nest under my siding. I tried various sprays with no effect. Hoffman came to my house within an hour and took care of the problem. The agent -sorry forgot his name-came promptly, patiently explained the process and did his work with the end result being the jackets were gone within a day or two. I purposely waited a couple weeks to post this review to gauge the effectiveness of the treatment. There’s been no further nest activity so I’d say Hoffman did what they promised and made the process stress free.

Found a bat in my basement on a Saturday morning. Called several companies they were closed. Looked on the internet and found Hoffman's. That was the best call. They answered, spoke to Heidi and she sent out a tech that afternoon. They also sent out a tech the following week to see if they could tell where the bat got into my basement. They found a few areas that could be where the bat entered. The following week two techs came out and closed up any possible openings. Great job Hoffman's.

Our Hoffman exterminator, Andre, was thorough, informative, punctual, but best of all he was non judgmental. He didn't just eliminate our pest problem but he was able to ease our minds regarding the situation. He made us feel confident that the pests would be eradicated and after his scheduled treatments they were. I give the highest praise to Andre from Hoffman. He provides a much needed service and is excellent at his job.

Hoffman’s representative, Christina, assessed the probability of experiencing an infestation of ants, since there was no current visible presence of ants, although a downstairs neighbor was having an infestation of ants. Christina was very knowledgeable, personable and professional in her assessment.

Hoffman's came out to my house to treat ants. They did a good job of spraying outside of the house but nothing inside of the house. Still getting ants inside the house. They had to come out a 2nd time to put gel around the ledge of my kitchen area. It seems to have rid of them. We will see.

Had bats in attic last year and they were removed BUT the bats are back entering from same spot from last year.

Customer service is very disorganized, especially the billing department. I signed up for service last week, gave my Cc info as requested for monthly billing, and in just a week, I've received 2 paper bills saying I owe amounts that I don't recognize. When I called customer service, they have no answer for me, and always promise someone will call back, but they don't. Very dissatisfied!
