Cancelled the service in July because my dog got horribly sick after their most recent visit (kept him inside much longer than they suggested). Just billed me yesterday for $308 after 5 months of no service.

DONT USE THIS COMPANY. I have used this company for over 2 years and today was the final straw. In addition to other things they often showed up outside the specified times scheduled. This morning they showed up early and proceeded to spray our baby’s car seat as shown in the video. I went out and touched the car seat and the backside was all wet with the poison. The technician and management denied it being sprayed despite it being wet and said it was my fault for leaving it outside. I spoke to the owner and he said they would only pay to clean the carseat if I agreed to sign a contract to stay with them another year. they are CARELESS and DISHONEST CROOKS.

CHECK THEIR BETTER BUSINESS BERUAE (BBB) RATING BEFORE SIGNING CONTRACT. I take care of my parents and they had a door to door person sign up my parents home without me there a few months ago. They have an incredibly sub par service and make them pay for unnecessary extra expenses such as treating their yard for ants which is the entire reason they called them out anyway and wasp nest removal? Isn’t that why they’re paying you monthly for treatment? On top of this, we have tried canceling numerous times and the owner makes you have to call them in order to cancel which was not what is stated in their contract. Peak specifically has in writing that in order to cancel, you can send in written notice after signing the contract. This is not the sales rep doing this, THE OWNER is giving fake clauses in their contract stating their customers must call and pay $300+ and jump through various other hoops to cancel services they are barely even receiving. If you don’t pay these fees, they send you to collections agencies that dock your credit score as well apparently. Stay as far away from them as possible. Reading other reviews it looks like others have terrible experiences as well. Technicians spend less than 10 minutes treating per job as well. Highly suggest using CAD for pest needs

We do not report anyone to collections agencies, we do not mandate a phone call to cancel, and we do not charge extra for treating ants in the yard. Our service is all inclusive for bugs with zero up charges ever. We only charge a cancel fee when we have an agreement to come out for a year. <br><br>I’m always happy to help straighten things up with you. And I’m sorry you’re upset. But none of the above have I ever done<br>

Absolutely horrible service. The guy came by, and said we were going to get a really great deal because he was “already in the neighborhood” and as soon as they sprayed, we had an immense amount of bugs show up and cause issues. 0 stars. Would not recommend. Shady business.

The tech sat in his truck talking on his phone. I kept checking to see if he had started to spray but he continued sitting in his truck on the phone. He also said he was on over time. He arrived at my house a bit before 5pm he was sitting in his truck talking on phone until 615 when I opened my garage door to leave. I forgot something in my house by the time I came back he left (Maybe a minute or less). Not sure if he was new. he didn’t know his prices at all. I told him quarterly multiple times … not sure how many times I had to tell him that. He kept changing the price. Not a good experience I am not paying for a service he didn’t do. I will call Orkin.

This company performed a very expensive service on my trees. Within a month the large branches started breaking off. When we requested the company to come out, the owner refused to look at the trees. They are very expensive with very inexperienced staff that struggle to handle normal customer service issues. Staff charges your account with communicating appropriately and mis communicated charges and refuses to resolve the situation when requested to do so. When attempting to resolve all the situations above the owner refused to do anything and laughed in our face. This company provides very poor service. I would avoid this company at all costs. No favor was asked of this man. He was asked to check on the service he performed and whether his service was faulty and causing harm to the tree. This unprofessional owner refused to explain anything related to the service, refused to come check his service, and laughed in our face. Whether we had an ongoing plan or not is irrelevant to the issue at hand. He performed service which is clearly hurting my tree and there was no agreement that it wasn’t otherwise WE WOULDN’T HAVE CALLED AT ALL. No one at his office was ever berated but I’m sure when you hire such immature young staff, they any unpleasant situation as difficult for them handle. Clearly this man is butt hurt we canceled ongoing service and is now refusing g to warranty and evaluate his service performed. The response from this owner clearly demonstrates the issues with this company. If you have problems with his service this is his he acts and how he responds. Better to go with a company where you don’t need to worry about this lack of professionalism and faulty service.

We performed a service to take care of scales on two trees in your front yard, and try and make them cover the cost. Per your own admission only one tree is having additional issues currently, something conveniently missing from your review, and your husband told me he’s aware y’all are probably wrong, but wanted us to come out to your home and help identity the issue for you, after you’ve called and cancelled all services you had with us.<br><br>I would normally do this, even though you’ve cancelled all services with us, and are no longer a customer or ours. I still would have come out to help you solve whatever issue is currently plaguing your tree. That is until you called my office, and berated and yelled at my office staff demanding we reimburse you the $35 for the overdraft fee you incurred when we charged you for the ‘very expensive’ service with the credit card you gave us. This took place after you tried to claim that the very expensive service was supposed to be free, and we showed you the electronically tracked communications where we clearly explained why it wasn’t free, and exactly how much it would cost. A month after giving you the estimate for the additional service, you ok’d the additional service and the additional fee. Again, these communications are electronically tracked. I was out and gave you the estimate on 6/19/2023, and the service was preformed on 7/6/2023.<br><br>Today, 8/16/2023, I returned your call where you asked me for a favor to help you with an issue we both agreed on the phone we didn’t actually cause. I said no because we had agreed it was not likely something we had caused, and more importantly, said no because of the way you had treated our office staff. <br><br>We have done our absolute best to be responsive and helpful. There isn't much more that could have been done on our end. We hope you can find someone else you deem responsible or responsive.
