Door to door salesman seriously bother me - they do not respect NO SOLICITING signs. I never sign up for anything like this, and because of these pest sales people I will never use this company for anything. Go local and for get about Clark.

I HAD A SERIOUS MICE PROBLEM. IN 2 MONTHS THE MICE WERE COMPLETELY GONE!! ALTHOUGH I STILL HAD A CONTRACT FOR A YEAR. THEY CONTINUED TO COME OUT BI MONTHLY AND DO WHAT THEY DO. I will start by saying that the techs that do the work are fantastic and always willing to help. Unfortunately, the customer service in the office is not good. I was told when I got my contract that it was a monthly payment plan. I paid every month. When I went to cancel it, they told me it was service based and I had to pay for another month even though I no longer lived there because they had completed a service in a month I had already paid for. They need to tell the truth at the beginning of the process, not change it when you leave.
Service technician was excellent. Customer service awful. Seemed to raise rates whenever they felt like. Canceled service in middle of quarter due to move. No refund given. Just too bad.
I have been having issues with people showing up to empty my traps. Talked to the manager. Last time really thought it would actually get taken care of. My appointment was today. Friday and nobody showed up. It’s an ongoing issue of the tec not showing up. I’m supposed to have a weekly service and have been paying every month for services not being provided. I pay on auto pay. And they also said I’m stuck in a twelve month contract. Really felt confident the last week but it looks like it’s just a let me get someone out there to make it look not as bad then back to normal. Still mouse infested with an infant in our house. Not a good time. And we are stuck paying for this for the next year. 😐 Update review. They made it sound like it would be fixed but again fell off the earth and stopped showing up. Nobody has remedied the issue at all. I wouldn’t recommend at all.
I had these guys at a different location for 3 years and they were great. Never needed a in-between appointment. Weed control worked like a charm, too. In Reno, we had an ant infestation in our pantry this weekend. We took everything out and couldn't figure out why. I called them and was told they don't do weekends. I also told the rep that we had massive weeds in the backyard and again, we were told they don't work weekends but could schedule something during the week. Well, I can't just take time off to accommodate your bankers hours. $748/year. Time to find a new company.
Hello, I have been with this company for about a year because there has been an ant infestation for a couple of years now. I told them to contact me when they will show up at the house to complete the service. But the technician never did. He would show up at the house, unannounced, when no one was home and spray only the front of the house when there was ants all around the house, including the backyard. We told the technician to contact us when he would show up but he never did. This occurred multiple times. So after this, I decided to cancel the services and decided not to pay for the services because the services weren't completed fully. Around April 2022, I was told by the company to sent a dispute letter to them and I did but they never responded the letter. And now I am being force to pay the bill or they will continue to ruin my credit. And at the end of the day, there are still ants around the house and I'm afraid of contacting another company to "help" me with the ants infestation because the same situation might happen again.
They actually say on Invoice that they “inspect for rodent-friendly conditions”. When I went over with Gardner the entire back yard was full with months of household trash…so even though in their report they said they removed spider webs they never mentioned trash. They obviously were never there but still charged me for service they never did. Tenant is gone and si is Clark. Do not trust them, they virtually are stealing monies!
I have use Clark pest control for many years and have had their contract service. I’ve never really had a complaint until the last couple of months. When they came out I had to call for return visits a couple of times because the ants did not clear out. I had to call them out for service at the end of April on the second call again. I left for a vacation on April 25. Out of the country I didn’t get my phone service for several days and on the 26 was sent a message that they were coming out for service. Was not able to respond and did not know the service happened until after the fact. They sent me an invoice. I canceled the service starting in February March April because I knew I was going to be out of the country and I called every month speaking to several people and every single one of them told me it was noted in the file that my service will be canceled at the end of April. I emailed the company telling them that I had not authorized the service and they had just been out a week before so I did not understand them coming out. I also told them that I spoke with several people that I did not want the contract renewed at the end of April. I was assured it was taken care of. Nancy Smithee sent me back a curt message indicating that my April service was regular scheduled service even though I’d had a call out a week before. In any event I told her I would pay it but I did not want any more unsolicited services. She told me I had never told them about my canceling the service. I get billed an invoice for this service when I had been on contract and never billed for the prior three years or more. I told her the invoice alone proved my point that I have canceled the service or I would not of been billed. She did not show any empathy or understanding of any sort. So obviously her staff did not tell me the truth for three months. Very disappointed in the treatment a long-standing customer receives. All I can suggest is if you cancel the service get it in writing.

I would not recommend this business. They scheduled my appt 1 week out, and because i did not set up my prepayment they cancel my appt . My business was closed for over a week loss income, and valuable time.

very unprofessional customer service, after my one-year agreement with them ended they charged me again without my permission, I have called 3 times and send them an email to confirm cancelation. After they billed me for next 3 month term they still supposed to perform service for next 3 months but they refuse to do that.
