Buglo was easy to deal with and clearly understood our pigeon problem and solar array/alcoves. He quoted a reasonable price which he honored even though they did extra steps. His worker Devin was thorough and thoughtful. I can recommend Bugpro without reservation. No point in adding photos. My wife told me they had not screened the alcoves. They were there but painted black, pmaking them almost invisible!

Bugpro came out right away and made me feel like they could take care of our rat problem. They came up with a plan and have been working toward the elimination of the rats. They also made me feel comfortable with their guarantee through the upcoming year.

I was referred to Matt by someone. He came out, inspected, and gave me exactly what I needed. No trying to upsell or talk me into things I didn't need. No scare tactics. Timely, professional, friendly, and he even puts up with my late spring, early summer phone calls melting down about the massive amounts of little black sugar ants that seemingly sprout overnight. He is safe around my animals (trust me, we got a zoo) and that is super important with the variety of animals we have.
