Orkin

Shocked and disppointed in Orkin. They did not show when scheduled. No phone call, no text. Would call them and would be told he would be there later that day. No show again. No phone call etc. Called main office again and he would call to reschedule. NO call. Charged my discover card as part of their follow up program when no service was performed. Called main office again and yes, a manager will call you. NO call again. So very disappointed in a national franchise chain such as this

I have been using Orkin for over a year and at first I absolutely loved all the work Dyami did for my house! But now I don’t know if I want to continue my service with Orkin. We hired Orkin to remove bats in our attic, bat proof the house and replace the insulation. Cost $11,000. Supposed to have a year guarantee. Worked for 7-8 months or so then we began to hear bats again. Called them and couple months later they came back. Did a half hearted attempt and agreed we bats but they were on the outside of the vent cover not the interior. The bats are still here. Weave Calls in May, June and July. They arrived in late August.
