I tried to file a complaint and the lady in the front passed the phone over to an older gentleman. As I voiced my concerns regaurding a contacted job which where I stayed at was being violated. He got defensive and wanted to end the conversation even before I can finish. In my opinion if nothing was wrong then why be so upset with it???? Have a blessed day and fuzzy bugs is my recommendation. Great company and safe chemicals.

The customer service was great! We have a mouse problem and they were excellent in coming in and setting traps and identifying where they were coming in at. Very professional and courteous. I would highly recommend.

The worst thing that ever happned to me here in the U.S. I felt like I was robbed. So the place was suggested by my land lord and I called them to come and take care of my bed bug problem. I spent like a week cleaning and vacuuming the whole house really good to make thier job easier.. I washed and dried all the cloth and tied them in a bag like they told me. I put all of my firnitures away from the baseboards so that they could get access to spray. The day they came, they checked the house like for five seconds and then told me to pay before they start. I never been asked to pay before a job in this country. But, I said ok and I paid the amount, which was $450. I was charged $75 for each room. The receipt said they sprayed all the house before they even start. They went to each bedroom for like 2 minutes , I didnt see what they did in the last bedroom because they had the door closed. They charged be $75 for each room including the bathrooms.. but they didn't go to the bathrooms. Even tho on the receipt, it says they did. In the living room, they sprayed on side of the couch a little bit and thats all. They didnt spray on the carpet or the other furnitures. In less than 10 minutes that they were there, they told me they were done. I was very surprised and mad I didnt even know what to say. My parents were very shocked too. When I called to complain, the secretary told me they were in my house for 30 minutes because that's what it says on the paperwork. But there was three adults in the house and we all saw what happned. I told them am not gonna be spending another $450 for them to do that to me again so I canceled the 2nd treatment. I found bedbugs in the bedrooms on the furnitures the next day after treatment. The worst company ever!!

Utilize their pest control services for our rental properties. Also, for termite inspections & treatments for my real estate business. Very easy to work with and very professional. Highly recommend MDM
