Knocked on my door 4 times in 30 seconds, got mad when i said 'dang man give me at least a minute to get to the door' saying his appoint was at 9:30(it was 10:02), i should've been expecting him and like i was but damn, knock 4 times in 30 seconds while i'm yelling at the door, it's kinda disrespectful. i get you thought no one was home but i was. then for you to say ' im not doing this shit today ' while walking away, you shouldn't be in customer service let alone going into people's home if you're going to act like this. I lived in Texas for 6 years doing sales and never once had a customer call me rude or disrespectful. Even with upset customers, i still was always able to defuse the situations. Moral of the story, don't spam knock someone's door just because you don't think anyone is home. would give negative stats if i could.

Tore up my kitchen floor, when I called about it, was told "Well, I'm not replacing it" WON'T recommend them, OR ever use them again. Got halfway service, and feel my money was just thrown away.

Extremely professional and made sure the job was done correctly would recommend to anyone with a pest problem. We hired a company out of Springfield for a very mild job and they didn't fix the issue b&b come out problem solved that day!
