Bed bug proz

We have a house that was totally infested with bed bugs. After paying a nationally known company $3,000 the problem only got worse. So, we did a ton of research and ended up hiring Bed Bug Proz to take care of the problem with their “heat treatment” method. (Heat treatment is the only way to get rid of bed bugs.). It’s been 3 months since Bed Bug Proz did the job and haven’t seen a single bed bug. Also was half the price of the big company!

I bought a shelf off Facebook marketplace and little did I know it had bedbugs. Bed Bug Proz came to my rescue and took care of my home immediately! I moved into a home and somehow managed to get bedbugs. I called Bed Bug Proz and they were able to come to my house within a week and get a heat treatment done. I also decided to get my cars sprayed just in case. Reasonable price and he was able to answer any questions I had. They give a 2 month warranty and as of now I only got 10 days left but I haven’t seen anything since the treatment was done. Definitely recommend!

Wendell and his wife were great. I had found out that my grandmother brought bedbugs into my home. Wendell walked me through the process. I communicated with him through phone call for a couple months before I ended up booking with him on the day of treatment He was great at helping me get the last few things done that needed to be done him and his wife were very nice and thorough with their cleaning and we are very well pleased with the turnout and so happy that we are free of bugs in our home. The situation was very overwhelming as it can be, but having Wendell and his wife be the ones to do the treatment made a bad experience, a good one!

After an expensive spray treatment for bedbugs using another company who told me not to use heat, I found Bed bug proz who used heat and eliminated the problem. Spray worked some, but not 100%

The experience one of my former colleagues had using Bed Bug Proz was “second to none” - as he stated. Owning an apartment complex with over 40 units was going to be an extensive cost for him. Not only did Bed Bug Proz come in 50% under his best quote, he said the empathy and understanding was what set this experience apart given he had worked with numerous pest companies in the past. While this is a second hand review, savings and experience like this are far and few in between these days so I felt compelled to leave a review.

wendell worked very hard on our house we were in a financial bind and had a huge infestation and he was understanding and helpful!!! if i could give a 10 I would. i recommend them to anyone with any pest issues especially bed bugs these guys are very knowledgeable and professional

If you live in the Joplin area and are on a tight budget I highly suggest you check these guys out. Got bed bugs from work and needed help. Wendell was very knowledgeable about bed bugs and was in and out fast with the heat treatment. This was because my house is fairly new and there was a chance I had bed bugs (results may vary based on square footage and infestation level) but we wanted to be safe and nick it in the butt. Based on Google results, heat treatment is the best way to get rid of bed bugs. Wendell is very approachable and did a heat treatment for my car as well. Price was reasonable. He was very responsive to my texts and inquiries even when we were on the fence about if we should spray or heat treat. He was also understanding. He was kind to our neighbors and did not makes us out to be unhygienic people when the nosey neighbors were curious on what was going on. (P.S. the heat treatment helps with smoke smell and bad smells in the home as well).
