Super nice and relatable. Sprayed yard down and talked a lil shop afterwards. Main reason for asking em out was some ticks that started seeing in my yard. Don’t want them on my pup.

Not only did the owner treat the home for pests, he looked for specific spiders. He found a couple of brown recluse. He did more than just spray for bugs….he looked for bugs. I had 2 homes treated for spiders and ants. One home had the brown recluse, but the other did not. While spraying for bugs, he noticed my dryer vent was clogged. He saved the home from a potential fire while saving me from nasty bugs. A+

I AM AMAZED!! I seriously cannot say enough about this company! We ended up with a huge ant infestation outside of our house and then they started coming inside. No matter what we did, we couldn't get rid of the tiny little black ants and we couldn't figure out what they were coming in the house for! The man that came out (I'm terrible with names) was so kind and he was equally as surprised that they were not in places you would usually find ants in the house, there was no food source, and they were not going in any particular organized direction. He went outside to walk around and, based on some of the things he found, said we have a super colony under the slab of our house. I am sure he could see the horror on my face and he immediately reassured me that the problem could be taken care of. He went through the whole inside and outside of the house spraying and baiting. Throughout the whole process he explained everything he was using and how it would work to eradicate the ants. He was also very clear about the fact that he may not be able to get rid of such a large colony in one attempt, but they provide a great discount if they have to come back out! He said that I probably wouldn't notice a difference for a couple of days, but by that night all of the ants on the front and back porch (where they were the worst) were dead or gone! It's been 2 days since he came and I have not seen a single ant inside or outside the house! If you have a bug problem, do not hesitate to call D&R!

D&R has been coming to our home for as long as we have lived here - 5 years. Dan and his son are friendly and professional. I have not had a pest problem. We live along a small creek and farmland - both are home to some ugly pests! As they go around the outside, they are always looking for signs of nests and/or damage. We are extremely happy with their thoroughness and professionalism and service they provide.

Had him come out &spray for spiderst did not do a thorough job, only went around d floor a little not in windows and other main areas needed. Saw spiders within 3 weeks, does not guarantee his work and wanted to charge me again full price. So I went somewhere that does a better job and garentee their work. Thought going local would be good. Wrong

I refuse to use anyone else until D&R decides to no longer practice. They are reasonable, punctual, kind, educate, fair, and just all around one of the best businesses I have ever worked with. Living in a wooded area, we have our fair share of creatures and pests. We have used them for mice, termites, and ladybugs. They even helped me over the phone one time with an issue. Couldn’t recommended more if you live near the Washington area!

Dan was excellent! Very knowledgeable, timely and so nice! I highly recommend this company. It is an all around great company. He gave me suggestions on how to control the mosquitoes in our yard with an organic substance! He will definitely be my go to "bug guy" from now on!
