Kevin Shaw and his son-in-law Matt did an outstanding job helping us get rid of a brown recluse spider problem. We have a 2-year-old and a 7-month-old at home, so finding brown recluse spiders in the house had my wife and I seriously stressed out. They were professional, knowledgeable, and took the time to explain everything they were doing. Since they treated the house, we haven’t seen any more spiders. It has given our family a huge sense of relief and peace of mind. Highly recommend them if you need pest control done right!

Our family moved to Missouri a few years ago, and we were happy to find a house in the middle of the forest – beautiful! After moving in we learned that living surrounded by wild nature is nice, but…there are lots of critters in the woods. During summer we couldn’t sit on our front porch due to the mosquitoes, and our dogs were tick magnets. Worse, many of the creepy crawly bugs and insects were ending up INSIDE our house. Fortunately I met Kevin, the owner of Shaw’s Pest Control. He told me honestly that he couldn’t get rid of everything, but he could make the situation much better – AND HE DID! We have experienced a dramatic reduction in the number of bugs we have to deal with. Shaw Pest Control does our home now on a regular schedule, and we plan to keep it that way. I’ve used exterminators in the past, but Shaw took it to another level in working with us to solve our specific problems. He even checked back to make sure everything was under control. It was clear to me that Shaw takes their work seriously, operates with integrity, and do their best to do a good job. Not all businesses do that these days, so its nice to be able to recommend ones like this when we find them.

Kevin is awesome! He knows what he is doing. He explains and talks everything over with you. If you have any questions or concerns he listens. I highly recommend him.

My son’s home he’s renting had a bug issue. Wasn’t HORRIBLE but, it was bad. After the second treatment, it’s so much better! Hoping after two weeks of treatment, it will be completely taken care of.

Contacted Shaw when we had a wasp problem. He was very kind, worked around my schedule, and took care of all our exterior wasp nests in no time at all. Really appreciate the service!!

Kevin was very comforting.. I was beside myself that I found a bed bug. I didn't know what to do. He came out to my house as soon as possible. He told me everything I needed to do to prepare for him to treat my house. He answered any and every question that I could possibly think of. Kevin was very kind and knowledgeable from the start. He came and inspected my house and was thorough. He came this morning after I left for work and let me know he was almost finished and when he’d be back. I completely tore my house up so he could spray everything that was needed. Kevin came and treated/rescued our home from bed bugs. He is friendly, kind, easy to communicate with and always on time. His customer service is amazing. We have our house back thanks to Kevin and will be using Shaw's Pest Control for any bug problems in the future. (But not bed bugs because he eradicated those!)

They were honest and rescheduled due to rain forecast. Came today and did a fabulous job upstairs and down in our basement. They use a power washer spray to spray the outside well. I was very impressed with their buisnes. Extremely reasonable price.
