I have been with Pesky Critters since we moved in so about 8 years. We have had several technicians through that time but the professionalism of Taylor is beyond what I expected. He was very polite when entering our home and very personable. I am very thankful to have a company and tech who is careful and respectful in my home and would recommend Pesky Critters to anyone needing help with bugs.

We have used Pesky as long as I can remember and I have been at my business for 14 years. They have always been great and work around our office hours. My staff is always happy to know when they come by because you know bugs happen. The alternative is fire so I will stick with these folks.

Highly recommend, when I called in Reba answered all my questions and was really easy to deal with! Thankfully she was able to work with my schedule to get matters taken care of ASAP. Our home was serviced by Jacob and he was really nice and informative and got the job done quickly.

Pesky critters was able to get me scheduled right away which was great news to me because I seen roaches in my garage for the first time last night and had a hard time sleeping because I was worried and grossed out. When looking for a pest control company I looked at reviews, and based off of all the positive reviews, I decided to contact Pesky Critters. From the first person I had spoke with I understood why they had the reviews that they do. I spoke with office manager Julia she was extremely knowledgeable and was able to answer every question that I had. And even went above and beyond and gave me an additional $20 off the initial service for being a veteran when asked. Jacob was the pest control technician that visited my house. I was impressed by how much attention he was paying to every area and truly felt like I was getting my moneys worth for service provided. He treated the inside and outside my house from top to bottom. And did several different treatment sources from spray to gel. Jacob also had explained to me what type of bug I had seen because when using ChatGPT I thought I had what was called a German cockroach.. Which from what I run very invasive and very hard to get rid of.That was not the case. Jacob informed me that I had what was called an oriental roach or wood roach. And he told me that lot of times they are caused from excess water sitting near your foundation. Which in my situation made total sense because we recently got new gutters, that weren’t pitched correctly. But Bottom line, everyone that I dealt with was professional, answered my questions and made me feel informed and confident that the wood roach issue will solved.

Daniel did an amazing job coming up with the best approach to take care of our pest problem at our church. He made sure we were informed about what he was doing and why he was doing it and he gave some advice to keep the pesky critters out as well. Thanks so much for the help!

Jeremy at Pesky Critters installed a fly spray system in my barn many (10+) years ago and has been back twice a year since - to winterize and then to set up for spring/summer. The system works great, he is always professional, and my horses are much happier!

NOT GOOD FOR TERRAMITES!!Pesky critters were sent out as part of Terramite inspection for home. There were obvious signs in basement of previous activity with old tunnels on walls. The said they looked throughly inside and out of property and there are no signs of current activity. I saw a few pieces of wood up against the outside of the home and I turned one board over and what do you know, heavy terramite activity. They were starting a tunnel up the foundation right there by the wood. Also, I saw dampness next to the garage door and the trim looked wet and discolored right at the ground level. So I peeled it back a bit to peek with a flashlight and guess what, heavy terramite activity. So bad, that the frame for the garage door was not structurally safe to support the track. The wood was badly damaged. Now I was able to find those 2 issues with a little bit of looking and zero training yet these guys found nothing. Dont think they know their job as well as they claim if they cant even see this. Would not trust with my money!
