I was beyond pleased with our service today. Mario wore shoe covers without asking. He was so gracious and mindful of our dogs. There was a toy left in the ground he brought to me to wash just incase it had any spray on it from being left out. This was excellent service.

Highly recommend! Micah is always so courteous and pleasant. We never have issues between treatments and they went above and beyond to be sure that the treatment is not harmful to my chickens.

The service is good, but their price is too high for me. They charge total $300 annually for 4 times of services per year + admission fee in the first month and also when I canceled the service due to the high price, they charged $25 surcharge. Why do I have to pay for extra money to cancel the service? I will probably not come back to this company. Again, their service is good, just the way they take money from me was not pleasant as a customer.

Good afternoon Sung! You had committed to an annual plan in which the first service was discounted $25. As part of the service agreement, the $25 discount would be charged in the event that the service was cancelled prematurely. We charged $150 for the initial service which was an interior and exterior treatment which is regularly $175. This is all documented in the service agreement that was signed as well as reviewed over the phone when you initially signed up for the service.<br><br>We are very competitive with our pricing and to be even more competitive we offer discounts to customers who agree to service for one year. There is no surcharge and no administration or admission fee. You were only charged the original discount for the service. We apologize for any confusion. I fired Buckingham Pest Control services after they sent a new technician to my home WITHOUT ANY NOTICE and informed me that Kirk, my technician whom I followed to Buckingham after he joined their company and was guaranteed before I hired them would ALWAYS be my technician, would no longer be convenient for them to have service my home. Really?! It's only three times a year and they had been running my extremely positive Google Review at the very top of their old website page for years! They've now gotten too big for their britches. Much more concerned about implementing and promoting their big new technician bonus plan which only compensates their technicians if they can get their customers to write positive reviews on Google then they are providing good customer service and backing up their promised guarantees. I would advise taking the recent plethora of positive customer reviews with a grain of salt and avoid hiring this company altogether. Btw, their office manager is uppity and has a big time attitude but that's a whole other story. Good luck!

Good day Mr. Anello... When you switched to our company to follow your technician from a previous company, we did NOT guaranty that we would always be able to send Kirk to your home. We did our best to make that happen for as long as we could, which was nearly 2 years. The reason for companies being reluctant to "guaranty" specific technicians is for the exact reason I am about to outline. Unbeknownst to you, Kirk was on a leave of absence for about 90 days. In fact, he had just returned to work on the day before you got your text and email reminder that we would be coming out the next day. We had to move Kirk's jobs around for 3 months and you simply got lost in the shuffle, which is why it is just so much easier for service companies to keep their employees in certain areas and not bouncing around. That is why any service company would shy away from such a request. Not to make someone angry, but to make sure things don't fall through the cracks. When Kirk called the office to alert us to the situation, Kristen (our uppity office manager) left you a message explaining that we had hired some new people and had to rearrange the service map and that, unfortunately, we would no longer be able to send Kirk as we had moved his area. On the message she left she told you that we could no longer send Kirk, but the technician that now does your area is fantastic and to give us a call if you had any questions. We did, in fact, reach out to you to try to discuss this with you.<br><br>So what did happen that next day??? Unfortunately, I cannot post pictures. You left a note on your door asking the new technician to hand deliver your angry little letter to me personally. A simple phone call to our office to cancel would have been the respectful thing to do and not have our company waste the time and resources driving to your home. Your angry little letter acknowledges that you did indeed get Kristen's voicemail on Tuesday and you still let us show up on your doorstep on Wednesday. While we do appreciate all 5* reviews, Buckingham Pest Control has zero control over what reviews appear where, and I hate to say it, but I suspect your review pops up first on your feed since it is your review.<br><br>We have proudly served the entire St. Louis, MO community since 1994 and work tirelessly to provide the best service possible. Unfortunately, you didn't even give our technician Eran the opportunity to provide your service. Eran is probably our most highly reviewed technician that we currently have working for us and does a fantastic job. Yes... Buckingham Pest Control, like many companies, does use a service to ask our customers to leave reviews after a service is completed. As you can see the vast majority are 5* reviews. I would like to think our hard work and dedication to customer service would be the reason for those reviews. I don't think our customers are going to leave 5* reviews if they had a bad experience simply because they get a text message asking for positive reviews. As you have so aptly pointed out, a customer can always change their 5* rating to a 1* even if it is for simply needing to send a different technician out to your home for a service. You won't find Kirk at the next company you hire and many companies will only service 4 or 6 times per year and will not let you customize a 3 times per year frequency. I wish you the best of luck in your search for a new pest control company. Kirk is very happy here because of our company culture and we do our best to value our technicians. Jon F was very friendly, efficient and attentive to the task at hand. Sorry to say, after he got permission and used my hose to mix the spray, the water was left on. Back pressure can ruin a hose.

This is a fake account leaving fake reviews. If Google does not remove, we have no choice but to contact the police to file charges of cyber bullying as well as slander. All of these claims are unfounded. Buckingham Pest Control has been in business for 30 years and will be around for 30 more.
As always, Buckingham is a fantastic company and we have been with them for years - reasonably priced, responsive, and willing to work around our availability for appointments. Eran, our most recent technician, is thorough and focused on ensuring any concerns are addressed. While, a little late for our appointment window, he called and let us know he was running behind schedule. All I can say is if he is as thorough with every customer as he was with our house, being a few minutes late is no big deal. Thanks again!
