If I could give it a zero I would. Called Saturday to schedule an inspection, gave them my address, phone number and whatever else they needed. Was told they’d call today to schedule the inspection. Called at lunch wondering where the phone call was or if a tech had been to my house, sat on hold for 25 mins when I finally was connected the representative told me that my address was in a commercial only district and that they could not provide the service. I also asked multiple times for pricing
