Called them about something in my wall. 3 minutes into the call and I've talked to a person who transferred me to a bot. The bot had me put same info I gave the first person then I was transferred to another person who asked the same questions. Very inefficient and annoying as a potential new customer.

Powell's pest control did an amazing job! He owns his own business and very personable. We had fleas from our cat who had gotten outside. He took his time making sure that he covered every surface and provided us with helpful information for future issue me may have. He was very honest on the treatment and price. I would highly recommend him for any pest control needs.
