First time: Very pleasant lady. Professional and quick. I was worried about my three small dogs in the house, but she guaranteed me not to have any problems at all. Very happy with the service. Now, spiders be gone! Second time: Again, Taylor is great. Friendly, easy going, and just generally pleasant. It was nice just visiting with her today. Does a thorough job and always smiles. So glad I went with this company.

I am very happy with Chilton's service. Every employee I've encountered is friendly and knowledgable. They let you know when they will be by to service your home, and will include indoor service if requested at no additional cost. They answered all of my questions in regards to pet safety on service day—I have a dog and a tortoise that occasionally spends the day in the backyard. And, needless to say, no more creepy crawlies in our home!

The tech, Taylor, does a great job! She is very personable, friendly, and efficient. I have no pest issues. Chilton’s is thorough. Any time I call their office, Lisa is pleasant, helpful, and answers any questions I may have. I have used Chilton’s for many years. They are a great company. Every time this kid sprays the exterior he sprays directly at and on my security camera. Who does that?

Ms. Taylor arrives on time and on the scheduled date. She is thorough and happy to explain what treatments she will be doing and asks if there are any other concerns. I like that Chilton's keeps me informed of my upcoming services and when those services are completed. Thank you!

This is our second year using Chilton's for mosquito control. Their customer service is great and they haven't raised their price, which I appreciate. Plus, we don't get eaten up by skeeters anymore when we're outside!

Service & tech were very good & professional.

Chilton's employee called about an hour before she arrived. She was efficient, friendly, and easy to talk with. She sprayed throughout the house. I mentioned to her that there were ants in the kitchen the day before she came. There were no ants seen inside the house at that time, but there was a line of ants outside the window. She sprayed there for ants and put some ant traps in the kitchen.

I was gone over Christmas. When I came home I saw droppings in my family room and kitchen. Not mice droppings. Much larger. Much. Chilton environmental came out. The tech immediately identified the droppings I’d saved as mouse feces. I asked him 10 times if he was sure. Oh, yeah, he was sure. For $250 he set out mouse traps. Terminex came the next morning. He went in the attic and the crawl space. Chilton did not go either place. Terminex guy says ground squirrel or squirrel. I have a ground squirrel around my house. I called Chilton numerous times to discuss my problem. Finally, some woman took over and said they weren’t going to refund my money. My furnace guy came out, said there was a chewed out opening in the ductwork. He sealed it. Bingo, no more droppings. Chilton misdiagnosed my problem, instituted an unnecessary spread of mouse traps, DID NOT solve my problem. I want my $250 back, but CHILTON REFUSED. DONT TRUST THIS COMPANY W YOUR HOME.

Worst company ever. I highly recommend you fine someone else to take care of your pest control needs. We had a renter that had really let the property go. It took us a while to get them out of the house and when they left they had left a cockroach infestation. The job bid was $700+ dollars and I agreed to pay and paid for the whole job up front with the understanding that that would cover all 4 visits to the property to take care of this problem. He continued to try to upsell me to continue their services on a monthly basis. I told him I was not interested in that but that he was welcome to ask the new renter (we already had the house rented out) if they would like to continue their services on a monthly basis but that if they did it would be at renters expense. He finally said ok and I made him write on the bid that there would be no further charges. Months later we get another bill in the mail from chiltons for an additional $241. This is an outrage! I have no idea why I would be getting an additional bill from them after being so clear about no future charges. I have had work done by Bolt pest control in Springfield since then and he was a fraction of the price and have been thrilled with his work. Chiltons is scum of the earth and I will make sure None in my circle ever does business with them!!!!

I was hesitant about posting anything after our service today, but felt this needs to be said. A few years ago we had Chilton's spray for sweet ants. Cost then for a 1 time service was $165. They did a great job & ants didn't return for several years. But the ants returned this year & we called for another service. Cost was amazingly more, $275. Appointment set for 8 - 8:30 am, and the tech would call before arrival. At 9:00 we called their office and asked where the Tech was, they said he would arrive between 9 and 12. At 1 o'clock, no tech so I started calling for other pest control companies. The Chilton Tech finally called us around 2:00 p.m. Said he would arrive in about 20 minutes, I told him about what time he was supposed to be here and about the competitors prices, he said he had had no communication with his front office nor did he know he was supposed to be at our house by 8:30. The Tech was very nice, and apologized for his front office, however it was a Sloppy job. Spray was all over our floors, in multiple places that we had to clean up. We will not use this company again. By the way BugZero does the same service for $179. Unfortunately for us, it would have another 2 weeks before they could have serviced our home. That is the only reason we stayed with Chilton's this round. Never again! ***On 6/24/20 I called the owner, George advising the ants were still here & informed him of the sloppy job the Tech did. The owner said he would address our issues with his staff & would be returning a call to us today to set up a date/time to reapply the pest control. The owner apologized and said he would make this right...
