I've been trying to reach them for over a week and can't get an answer

It is good to have a business that is local and you can trust. I manage a number of apartments we have them set up on quarterly spraying they give us a 24hr heads up to let us know they are coming and do a great job. When the need arises due to an infestation it can be nerve racking when you find out a tenant has a bug problem but with the guidance of professionals your troubles can seem like a walk in the park I would recommend. They helped me set up a plan of action and arrived promptly. Emma did the spraying and was very kind and helpful.

Unfortunately, they were not responsive when making attempt to schedule an appointment. We have used their services before and they didn't let us know when they were coming, they just showed up, after telling me he would get back to me on setting up an appointment for that week. Gentleman was friendly and was helpful, for that I will give two stars. However, this time when trying to contact them they were impolite and didn't seem to care about giving us a day and time for an appointment or even scheduling an appointment at all, which is fine, I don't mind going elsewhere. He acted as if it were an inconvenience to him talking on the phone and setting up an appointment. I wasn't 100% satisfied with the services we received the first time, but I like to support local business and I had some friends/family recommend this business. This experience was very disappointing.

Did not tell me when they arrived

They respond right away. Very polite and knowledgeable.
