We had a brown recluse problem at our rental house, a few years ago, and they made it soooo much better! So, we have continued to use them when we moved to our current home, and we almost never see hardly any spiders at all! They've also helped keep our home completely mouse free too! Great pest company! And Geoffrey/ Jeffrey is always nice and helpful!

This is the best bug, rodent and whatever else you want to keep out of your home pest control service. They are family owned and provide honest friendly service. I’d trust them with my house keys!

We have lived in Kansas City for almost five years and we have had ZipZap since day one. Rhett is our technician and we receive excellent service. When he visits our house, he is always friendly and asks if we are having any issues. We have called the office a few times with questions over the years, and everyone is just as friendly and helpful as Rhett.

Very friendly and professional

Nothing but excellent service from them for 6 years now. There was white residue on an enclosed deck, which 2 other companies (one charged for an estimate for just coming out) failed to diagnose. Both other companies replied that it was probably residue from the ceiling. It’s been so long that I cannot recall who from ZipZap initially came out, but the gentleman immediately recognized the residue as carpenter ants! It was treated, and there has never been a problem since then. My home gets treated every 3 months, and Jake does a fantastic job. I find the company honest, knowledgeable, experienced, and friendly. Their prices are very reasonable.

We first called Zip Zap when we moved into our new house and found a bed bug. Summer, 2020. I took the bug to the owner, who examined it under his microscope. Turned out it was not a bed bug but a bat bug. Cousin to the bed bug…With any other pest control company, they would have just treated us for bed bugs. Zip Zap operates at a high level of expertise. We’ll never use any other Pest Control Company. We’re on their quarterly program, and we never find bugs in our home. They’ve got our exterior well-protected against termites as well. Their prices are great!!! We love the idea of using a family owned company!

Great service! We hired them to do our pest control. They’ve been great. Checked the house and reassured us no major issues. Have come out for extra for wasp control. Plus also came out to do interior spider control. The technician is super friendly and has gone above and beyond spraying our kiddie playhouse (its wood) for wasps. Billing is super convenient with automatic charges to our account on file. I highly recommend!

We’ve been using ZipZap for a few years now and the prior companies we used either never showed up, said they did but they didn’t per our doorbell cameras, and still had issues. With ZipZap we have had such great experiences and no issues and quick to resolve any pesks that try! Love how our doorbell gets rang each time before service to ask if there any problem areas to check or treatments inside also and also remembers my kids names and such. Definitely a family company we love to recommend and use.

I really want to review these guys better. When they show up they do a great job. They seem to forget my service plan every year. I've literally had to call and ask them to come back multiple times, and I pay in full every time I get service. Last time they said they changed pricing and just "forgot to tell me" so they just never came back.

Jeff was very helpful. He took the time. To explain everything to me. Kept me up to date througj the whole process. Very friendly and professional. Worked hard to get my family back in our house as quick as possible. Refused to leave until whole was 110% ready. Hope to not have to but if need will definitely use again. Will for sure recommend.
