I had to come back and change my review. Mike was great, then someone in the scheduling department decided to switch the routes up and sent another tech. He had no clue what he was even at my home to do. I asked them NOT to send that technician again as he did such a poor job, and that is an understatement. I also had made them aware of what day of the week I would be available, consistently, yet they scheduled service for every other day of the week EXCEPT for the day I would be home. There is no option to change/reschedule when they call to let you know when they will be there, and, it is always the day before, at 2 in the afternoon, when the automated call comes in. Too late to get off work at that point! They don't listen and have a hard time communicating, with the customer, the technicians, and internally. Hire anyone BUT Orkin!

I appreciate the work they do. Very thorough and helpful. The pricing is fair, and since it's a franchise location I feel you get better response and personal connection since they are local. Tristen had been my provider at my previous home and came out to my first service at our new home. Happy to see good individuals being promoted and appreciated in the company.
