Insanely reckless driving. They were following too close and I was going 5 miles over the speed limit. The service vehicle went into the oncoming traffic lane and went 70 mph in a 35 mph zone. They proceeded to follow close behind the cars ahead and tried passing them as well.

I’ve had this company for almost 3 years now every technician they’ve sent out has been extremely friendly and knowledgeable and helpful. Their customer service is excellent and I’ve never had any issues. Thank you!!

I literally cannot say enough good things about this company. They are so thorough, so knowledgeable, always so friendly and very prompt! They serviced my house a few weeks back and we usually don’t do the attic, but our electrician said he saw a brown recluse up there so I gave them a call and they came out and got me taken care of the same week hassle free. All three of the reps that have come to our home have been very friendly and professional, but I’m especially appreciative of Corsin! We will never use another pest management service!

On 8/13 on South 141 and Westbound clayton driver of van A2 swerved cutting not only myself but other vehicles off. When he/She did so on 141 the entirety of my lunch and beverage where thrown across the car as I had to emergency brake to avoid an accident. Driver of van A2 did not signal and drove recklessly for the appropriate 10 minutes that he/she was in my proximity. I now have to get a full interior car wash due to the poor driving of whoever was in van A2 around 12:30 pm on 8/13. Be careful who you let on your residential streets as this driver can not be trusted.

For at least 15 years Arenz has been to my home and sprayed for bugs etc. the employees were always courteous and helpful. They wanted to go the extra mile if there was a concern or you needed something. Jim S

We recently were going to buy a home. We had arenz pest as our termite inspector, along with a different general and sewer inspector. Don, our termite inspector from Arenz, came and was in and out in 30 minutes, said everything looked good! Then, 4 hours later, when our general inspector went into the crawl space to double check, he found extensive termite damage. He said his screw driver was able to go right through the wood it was so bad! I couldn't believe someone could miss the entire point of their job. I'm not sure he even went into the crawl space. Considering if not for the general inspector, we would have bought that house and it would have costs us thousands of dollars, I was pretty upset. However, we weren't offered a refund, or even an apology. They just sent us both reports- one that was "good" and the accurate one the next day. Trust is a huge thing for me when it comes to inspectors, and I don't think you can trust Arenz, at least not Don that works there.

Recommended by a realtor for termite inspection for purposes of home buying. Although it is plastered all over their website, THEY DO NOT INSPECT ATTICS, or at least that’s what their response was. They did not provide me with a written report until after the inspection period closed and I requested it. I thought the general inspection report was combined with the termite inspection report because the general report contained termite inspection information in it. After the inspection period closed, a handyman the seller hired to do some work in the attic found a termite damaged board. This was the way I found out this company doesn’t inspect attics, even though the website mentions that they inspect attics as a part of their thorough home inspection. I knew there was old, inactive evidence of termites at the exterior ground level. But I didn’t want an untreated (never treated) house with evidence of termite activity up into the attic rafters. So, I lost my earnest money because of this subpar company. Many be they’re ok for spraying chemicals periodically, but they certainly are not truthful. At least not in my case. 3 months ago, they said they were going to consult their webmaster to change this information. To date, no change has been made.

I have hired Arenz to do our homes quarterly spraying. They show up on time, ask you if you are having trouble with any certain bugs or areas, and are friendly and most importantly listen to your concerns. Well worth the quarterly service.

We had two different techs come out (One to take a look at our problem, the other to do the work) and both were super friendly, answered all my questions and concerns and were very helpful. And PROMPT! Usually when a company gives me a time frame on when they'll arrive, they don't actually arrive until closer to the end time frame (or later!). However both times the techs arrived right on the dot! Definitely makes it easier to plan my day.
