We initially had a good experience. Tech came out and performed service,was professional,on time and friendly. We were charged more than we were quoted but I paid without questioning it. Turned out they charged us for wasp treatment ,that we inquired about but did not request. No biggie,it was not that much more expensive. The bigger issue was that within a month of service the ants were worse than before. Way worse. We called and talked to a gal in the office to give them a chance to reevaluate and maybe respray. We were only told then that service is guaranteed if you sign up for the monthly visits. That would have been nice to know when we hired them for the job! The tech only recommended quarterly. We are very disappointed as there was no effort to make things right- they just wanted us to sign up monthly for a service that only worked temporarily in the short term. This didn't sit well with us that we would be charged twice in less than 30 days. They blamed the weather and also told us to get ant traps from the store. What did we pay them for then? We will be looking for other providers and or just dealing with it ourselves. Really poor customer service and misrepresentation. I think its only right to let a company know when you are dissatisfied, instead of going straight to a negative review but they would rather lose a new client than to work with us. That is sad. We dont treat our customers that way and dont expect that from anyone we hire. Not acceptable.

An easy 5 star review! Parkland has been treating our house for over a year. They are efficient, quick, personable, and always do a great job! When we first moved in (approx. a year and a half ago), we could NOT figure out how to stop our persistent bug issue! Parkland was able to easily diagnose what kind of bug it was and what treatment plan we needed. Haven't had an issue since! Thank you, Parkland Pest!

Always quick and professional when spraying my house.

My boss called them to our apartment complex we had several issues. The guys that came out were very kind and patient. They didn’t drag it out they got right to it and it worked have been bug free since last may.

I called this company with a concern and after talking with her she told me she didn’t think I needed their service. She was down to earth and I was clueless. She went above and beyond and was honest with me. I am overly pleased with how she handled her business!

We own a home in Mineral Point and have had a problem with wasps since we bought it seven years ago. We live out of state and visit the home several times a year. The property is well covered with security cameras, which afforded us the chance to see the wasp infestation start this year (we received over 200 alerts in one day – all wasps flying in front of the cameras). The security cameras also allowed us to watch as Parkland Pest serviced our property. The folks who owned the home before us put a metal roof on – over the existing shingle roof (yeah, not the smartest move!). This left spaces for the wasps to enter and build nests that could not be treated by bombing the attic, or surface spraying. For the last three years we hired the competition (sounds like Camera Mans) to spray for wasps. Every year we paid over $100 dollars, and still had wasps. Camera Mans service didn’t even slow them down. This year when the wasps showed up, we decided to try someone else, and called Parkland Pests. We explained the problem with the two roofs, and THEY LISTENED! They had a technician show up the following day, and he spent well over an hour and a half spraying the effected areas. We watched as he took a mop-like tool and made sure there was adequate coverage everywhere. The competition (good old Camera Mans) usually was at the house for about 15 to 20 minutes… Parkland Pests took the time to do it right. It has now been three weeks since our service, and we have only seen one wasp on our security camera – and he didn’t look too healthy. That was over two weeks ago. Not a single (or married) wasp has showed up since. And if that wasn’t good enough, Parkland Pest only charged us $75.00. These guys are good, and they take pride in what they do. We will stick with Parkland Pest going forward.

We have been assured they killed our bugs we've had ants to the point we didn't know what else to do. Haven't seen ants or anything since they sprayed.

Had a Paper Wasp infest removed a few years back... they were fast to respond.. and extensively combatant in preventive care for the coming year!!! Definitely would recommended these guys for your pest treatment needs!!
