Never showed up call so I ended up calling triplet pest control and they were able to get the job done

Brad is very unprofessional told me a time and did not show after sending a message 10 mins prior to our scheduled meeting him saying he would be there at 9 and 9 came around noon where then told me an hour to still never show.
