Nick was very professional and informative. He was able to walk us through what he found and the benefits of the treatment he was recommending. He really took the time to explain the service, cost and any follow up visits. He was prompt and provided us all the necessary paperwork after the service so we have it for our records. He did not try to up sale for products we did not need. He also explained how the treatments would not harm our dogs which was important to us. We have already recommended him to some of our friends. PS he is local as well.
