Daniel was my tech and he did a fabulous job of explaining everything to us. I felt really bad for him because it was late on a Friday and I know he wanted to get home to his family, but he had to deal with my very talkative husband. I had to tell my husband to leave him alone a few times and let him do his work! Daniel handled it like a champ! Daniel was very patient and knowledgeable. Very happy with the service and my husband is looking forward to seeing him again in 3 months..🤣

Daniel did a great job, he let us know before he arrived, treated the inside for mice and ants, and sprayed the exterior perimeter.

Daniel did a nice job on explaining the “Company” to me and the the services provided. We did discuss the use of the exterior rodent boxes and asked Daniel to order the boxes at a cost of $25:00 per box. You will need to determine the quantity of boxes required plus the one(1) for our utility shed. We would also like to confirm that our 10’ x 8’ Utility Shed is included in the treatment. Would also suggest that shoe protection is used when technicians are inside the house. Again Daniel did a nice job and I look forward to working with him in the future.

My experience with Omni Pest Solutions was excellent. It started immediately when I spoke with the person who answered the phone, Audrey. A field mouse unfortunately gained access to my attached garage. My biggest fear is rodents of any kind. This happened the day after Christmas and I refused to open my garage for 3 days after that. I called Omni Pest Solutions on Monday, 12/29. Audrey was so warm and welcoming on the phone. She said they were booked for that day but could definitely come out on Tuesday. Then she put me on hold to contact the technician, to see if he could make it happen that day. She returned to the phone and provided me with a two-hour timeframe for that day! I feel as though Audrey was able to sense the fear in my voice. Technician Daniel arrived early. He checked the garage thoroughly and assured me that there was so sign of a rodent in my garage at that time; apparently it had already left. Daniel identified the point of entry and sealed it. Daniel placed traps in the garage. Daniel checked the inside of my villa thoroughly. Daniel checked the entire perimeter of the villa both inside and out; he did everything. I was only able to rest easy after Daniel left. I recommend Omni Pest Solutions for their sense of urgency and for their quality of service. Thank You, Sheila

I started using Omni a couple years ago when I had a huge termite problem at one of my properties, and they took care of it quickly and professionally. Since then, they’ve helped me with all kinds of pest issues—removing raccoons and squirrels, treating for brown recluse spiders at my flip projects, doing preventative treatments at my rentals, and handling regular mosquito sprays at my Airbnbs. They’re super reliable, always show up on time, their prices are fair, and they make sure every job gets done right. I never have to follow up or wonder if something was missed. I recommend Omni to my friends all the time—they’re hands down the best pest control company I’ve worked with.

Came out for a quote, but never heard back.

I was hoping to have a good experience with Omni as I thought a local company would go the extra mile, but I was wrong. I had scheduled treatment of a pest issue for my tenant who works during the day, and I couldn’t even get the service I scheduled because the technician decided a phone call was too much trouble while he waited a half hour in front of an empty house. Really disappointing and I honestly expected more from a local business.

I would recommend. They came in and worked quickly to get rid of the mites.
