Quick, efficient, and fairly priced.

Very unprofessional technician, did things i requested him not to do, after requesting technician having manager contact me about the issue and requesting secretary in the office do the same, well two weeks later and still no follow up from management, i will say that they bill rather quickly, but their response to customer issues and concerns is non existent. Have done business with chucks for years, will never do business there again and will warn others to stay away, thanks for nothing chucks!

I really debated on whether to post this but I really feel like I was treated poorly by this company. I was using this company before it was sold and had absolutely No Problems. After the buyout I planned to have our house treated twice a year. Last Spring the house was treated and it went very well. Not so much this fall! My biggest concern is that both times, an appointment was made and disregarded by the company. I am very understanding that things happen but it appears that appointments are merely a suggestion. They will get to the house if and when they feel like it, but please don't expect a phone call if they are late or unable to show, it will not be appreciated. I am truly sorry that it didn't work out for us, but the people seem to be very nice and the treatments seem to be good and a reasonable price.
