I used this company to spray my house. The man showed up, never said a word to us, supposedly sprayed my whole house and was in and out in 10 minutes (and I have a big house). I have seen new bugs since and it was only 6 weeks or so since they sprayed. We won't be using them again.

Used them for years, but they stopped coming and kept sending a bill. Now they are threatening me with collections! I may have to take them to court.

We followed all there directions before and after they sprayed, and it didn’t help at all. Had to keep everything out of the cabinets for over a month, living with all of our dishes on the tables the whole time while the retuned 3 times. They did not call back when they said they would and still sent a bill. Finally called back and informed me that we still had to pay and that the technician lied to the owner about the whole experience and said we did not empty cabinets and do what he needed to spray properly. Untrustworthy company that does not care about the customer. I had used them for years before this and was shocked by this experience.

I've used them for years, until they screwed me with termite protection. Had them put in traps cost me $1500. Found the same traps online "Do it yourself" for $175. They never check my traps and charge $275 per year for maintenance. Had them remove the traps over 6 months ago, and am still getting a bill every month. I've called several times and they assured me every time it was taken off. Still getting a bill. DO NOT USE Advanced Pest Control!!!

For $120.00 I expected to have little bugs! Instead it seemed as though there were more!

I understand that things can come up and the person who was supposed to come and spray the house had not showed up--over an hour than what the appointment was. When he did show up though , he was apologetic for the situation and very nice. However, the receptionist had an attitude. Had called her to ask why the person had not showed up and that it has been over an hour , she told me that things came up and that we are so busy. She never said sorry . Im busy too that's why the appointment was made at that time , she could have at least given me a heads up by calling and saying sorry. Again , no empathy on the phone and basically acted like it was problem that I had called to check up on what was going on. She never apologized for the situation :(

Very unhappy! My home still has ants and it has been 28days since their time here to spray my home and job is still not completed. The outside of my home was to be sprayed and that had never happened. I do NOT recommend this business!
