I have been using this company since 2018 to treat both my previous home and now my new home. They are very professional, and top notch communication. Tony is our favorite (my dogs love him and the treats he brings also) they spray monthly for us and always text me a day or two before to make sure it’s okay they come and spray. We’ve also had them treat our barn for termites. (None were found but old trails were seen so we wanted to be proactive) I had a couple other companies do an inspection on our barn as well as price termite treatment. While others wanted to charge thousands PLUS a $70+ maintenance fee, Mefford was much much more reasonable. We will always refer and choose this company for our pest control needs.

We have used Mefford pest control for almost 15 years. Tony was amazing. He always came at the same time as soon as we got off work now that he retired they want to come in the middle of the day when no one‘s home and then they cancel when something comes up. They’re supposed to come monthly and they haven’t been here for a couple months and they don’t seem to care.

Mefford pest control it's easily one of the best professional relationships I've had since moving to this part of the country. I use their service about once every 2 months, and it works. I can usually tell when I'm due for a re-up, because I'll see one or two insects in the house. I usually either call them, and they come right out, or I get a call from them, telling me it's about that time. I recently had an animal die in a crawl space in my basement, and there were probably a thousand flies, which had started coming up into the house. Griffin from Mefford came out and took care of all of it, and I haven't seen a single fly since. Shortly after that, we started seeing ants in the kitchen, right around the time it started to warm up, and so I called them back, thinking that they had spent so much energy on the flies, they may have missed a spot or two. Not only did Griffin come back out almost immediately (within a day or two) but he sprayed for the ants free of charge. Nothing but thrilled with the service.

Hired them for a year and my problem was just as bad as when they started they used the same poison even after I called them to change and we're very unprofessional when I told them I didn't want to use them anymore. Never again
