My experience with this company started out great. Then the subscription bills started coming…and coming…and coming. So I call their office and speak with receptionist and get told we will waive this fee and discontinue service. The bills just keep coming. I receive another call from receptionist in an attempt to collect on a service she was supposed to discontinue. When I explained to her that I had spoken with her and told her to stop coming on my property she said you signed this and that and told me there were no notes on my account. This lady was one of the rudest people I have ever done business with. She was condescending, called me honey, said “listen here” etc. Stay far away from this business !!!!

We have a small Lake of the Ozarks cabin rental and was informed by a recent renter that they were eaten up by bed bugs and wanted a refund, a first in the many years that we have been renting the place. My wife panicked, I called Ozark Pest Solutions and talked with Kerry, who was awesome. She had an inspector out the following morning who performed a thorough inspection and called us to inform us that we had no such critter. Justin was great. I would highly recommend this business for your pest solutions. Signed up for their monthly service.

Ozark Pest was available with a good price and excellent availability when the company we were using raised their prices sky high and were not able to help us anymore. I was thankful for the office lady who was completely understanding and willing to work with us because we are locals. And they offer a warranty for their work which is wonderful!
