Unitech Pest And Termite Services

I have been a Unitech customer for several years. I use their services at my personal home and at the apartment complex I manage. They are professional, punctual, and they go above and beyond to make sure our community is pest free! All of the employees are knowledgeable and they always come prepared. I highly recommend Unitech for any and all pest control needs - personal property, multifamily, or commercial. They do it all! Update 7/2/25 - I wanted to give another shout out to Unitech. They came to my rescue again. After moving into a new apartment, I found some troubling insect activity and freaked out. I immediately called Unitech to come out and do an inspection. Kathy got me on the schedule within 24 hours and Allen spoke to me over the phone to reassure me that I was probably just seeing critters that wandered inside. He also looked at some pictures I sent him and confirmed that the type of insects I saw are not the type to worry about. Terry came out to the property and was on time and professional as always. He took his time checking the entire apartment inside and out. He applied a preventive treatment and set some glue boards to monitor any activity. He also took the time to explain how the bugs might be getting in, what to do going forward, gave me extra glue boards, and reassured me that the bugs I saw are not harmful. I can't thank the team at Unitech enough for their help. I have peace of mind now and will feel more comfortable in the new space. If you need any type of pest control, call Unitech. You won't be disappointed!

Excellent service Highly Recommend

My tech was an hour late. Didn’t explain the payment process he just took my card said I was ok now I’m getting charge for a service I thought I paid for months ago! Why not call if my bill wasn’t paid in full! Communication could be better on both ends from the tech and from the home office. This is my time second using this company and both services was almost a year apart and don’t get me wrong my ants are gone but I wish it was better communication skills from this company won’t come back again.

Michael came by and was very thorough and professional. He found a BAT!!!! and was able to capture it and dispose of immediately. I would highly recommend this company.

Unitech has been our go-to pest control service for many years. Kathy is always a joy to work with on the scheduling side and their pest services have always been effective. Robert was our tech most recently - he was thorough, kind, and got the job done quickly. I'm thankful to have found Unitech and highly recommend!

UPDATE: So yesterday while I'm in session with a client I get a phone call from a pest control company. I didn't need one at this time so I swipe to end the call and I continue on in session. A few minutes later my phone vibrates again with the same number. I tell my client to hold on for a minute so I can see what's going on. It's a gentleman talking to me about a review from 2 years ago when we had an issue with bedbugs in our home. We did not use this company. We didn't use any of the bedbug companys because money was tight for us during the pandemic and we could not afford $1000's for the service. But we were able to get rid of the bedbugs for sure and for cheap ($170), Thank God! Anywho the guy from the company ask me to change me review because their trying to build their reputation. I tell him "Not now, I'm with a client." He asks, "You're with a client?" Then proceeds to continue to discuss the review. I hung up and blocked the number. So here's 2 more stars even though I didn't use your company but I hope this helps. *PREVIOUS REVIEW: I didn't use them for our bedbug issue because we could not afford them. Bad timing during the pandemic because my husband was laid off and I was at least time. We fought the issue on our own. Eventually we got rid of them but not sure exactly what worked. We tried went suggestion given and still cheaper than all 4 of the places we called. Cheapest quote we got from anyone was $1100. We just didn't have that at all during that time. Thank God a miracle, and nearly $170¿? later we haven't been bit in 8-9 months!!

I was told that they would a inspection, and someone will come out, cool they came out and the diagnose was they would have the up the room to get them out I was told I had a year warranty on the service and they will come out once a month for treatment after service well no one ever came for once a month I had to call them because it had been like 4th months and I didn’t think 🤔 if I was told they would come back every mouth to check that I wouldn’t have to call so I called on the 4th month. Guy comes out spray a little bit and then leaves. I’m thinking it was over but I still was dealing with the bugs so I called again the lady on the phone pretended to care, but it was all a act so when they came back out for the third time I was told that I only had a 90 day warranty and I went out in December. We are in June. I had to throw away at $8000 bedroom set and mattress due to poor service 😡

They did not rid the house of the problem.

Would NOT recommend to anyone. I was originally thrilled when I met with Alan regarding treating my 2 family home for bed bugs. He was very kind and professional at first. Now I'll admit that dealing with my landlord is tiring, but he continued to tell me that "he will take good care of me" and that "he's never left anyone with bugs." Well those are both lies. They treated my entire home with heat but did not bring extra propane to refill the tanks, so they kept freezing and they were unable to finish the job. (A quick google search will show that there are multiple ways to keep a propane tank from freezing). So instead, they used my electric to power an in-room heater ALL night. (Thanks for that bill). I still had bugs when I returned to my home the very next day. I understand that getting rid of bed bugs is a process. After that day we had a tech return to the home to spray with chemicals 7 more times. Left with bugs each time. Then, without any warning, I learned that Alan and Unitech have backed out of the deal, leaving me with bugs. I would never recommend this company to anyone. Horrible experience that devastated my trust.
