Mr. Bug Killer, Inc.

So this is going to be a very in depth review. I called them wanting my place sprayed for roaches. Now mind you I have had multiple properties before sprayed for roaches and they always killed them all in one trip. As a matter of fact the next day or two after the other companies had sprayed the roaches would be coming out the walls all messed up looking and barely able to move. After they sprayed the roaches showed no signs of any of that. Was almost like they didn’t even spray. So this company wants to sell you on it takes 3 trips to get rid of them. They dispatched their technician Ralph out to spray our house and the first treatment barely killed anything. I don’t think the guy was even inside for longer than 2 minutes. We were told this would atleast stop anymore babies from coming and that was far from the case. Stay far away from these crooks and find someone that will come out and do the job properly.

We have used Mr. Bug Killer here in Shell Knob for the past couple of years and Aaron is the best! Professional and friendly. We have a termite contract and keep it renewed.

We have used Mr. Bug Killer since 2021. Their office staff is always pleasant and relays messages to their technicians in a timely manner. Our technician, Aaron, is the absolute best. He is always on time and takes pride in the quality of his work. He is very professional and does an amazing job both inside and outside of our home.

I would highly recommend Mr. Bug Killer. Aaron has taken care of my residence for many years. I have peace of mind knowing someone who is trustworthy is coming into my home.

Mr. Bug Killer has done our pest control for 30 + years for our family business and also does our home. They've installed the Sentricon System at our shop, the pretreat on our house and shop we had built and also does quarterly pest control. The team at Mr. Bug Killer is always friendly and treats you as family. I will always trust them with all our pest control needs.

I have used Aaron from Mr.Bug Killer for years. I have know the owner Jeff for many years. They are both very knowledgeable about what they do. The office staff is very punctual about getting a call back from the guys. I would choose to use these guys anytime. I have nothing but amazing work form this company

Didn't even get the courtesy of a return phone call about being upset that the spider problem was still an issue. Tech didn't respond, and I left a message with the company about how customers aren't important as I didn't even get a response. Advised them that they have lost a customer. They don't care. So I will go somewhere else and make sure I don't recommend them to anyone. Very disappointed. In response to the owner's response, I 'never' got calls from anyone and have even reviewed my phone record. If anyone called from a different number, then no message was left. The last phone call I made was on September 18th inquiring why Shawn hadn't contacted me back after texting him. The response I received was that techs don't text, but he had before, which was why I did again. The girl that took my call said she will have him call me. He never did. I called again on September 21st, leaving a voicemail stating that in response to the companies voicemail saying that customers are important to us, I said that I don't believe that we are and that I will be going elsewhere for service. Again, this is not true that anyone tried to reach out. I don't know if they made a note that they did, or if they called the wrong number, but I will emphatically state that no one did.

The best pest control company! Always willing to help and they will make sure you’re taken care of. I called for fleas and they were gone in no time. Great group of people and the office ladies are so friendly!! Mr. Bug Killer is the best there is.

I strongly recommend this company I used two other compete competitive companies for the same issue and only saw results when Mr bug killer came so results within the first 24 hours of them coming and spraying

Worst bug person in Branson

I have used Mr. Bug Killer for close to 30 years. They have always provided stellar services for my businesses and home. I highly recommend them.

Three calls to Mr Bug Killer over three weeks and talked to office and was promised a call back by Shawn the technician each time.....Never got a call back. Terrible customer service and would not recomend.

I called upon couple of times before and finally got hold of them and told about the problem and they said they are very busy that is why they did not show up. What a bummer

We have been using them for close to 10 years now and had good luck. We recently had an ant problem and called them to come out and spray. The tech was great and all was well for about a month and a half. Then we had ants come back. I called and told them about the ants coming back and they set up the appointment to come back out. I assumed they would touch up the area where the ants were and call it good. However I was charged the full amount again because I am not set up on regular maintenance. All in all we spent $304 total for two treatments and when I called to talk to the receptionist she didn’t seem to care and acted like it was my fault for not signing up for routine spraying. I will take my business elsewhere to where I am treated like a loyal customer and not a business transaction and I suggest that you do the same. It’s sad that we seem to live in a world where customer satisfaction is a thing of the past.

I called and made and appointment a few weeks ago for this date. No one showed up. I finally called them to be told they had a guy terminate employment two weeks ago. Two weeks ago, and they couldn’t be bothered to call his clients and make other arrangements???? Completely unprofessional and tacky. I took my business elsewhere.

We used them for several years. We recently had them come out to help us with a spider problem. They sprayed but the problem didn't subside. We called them and the office called but the service tech never returned our call. Called a total of 4 times to come back but after first contact they never called back. We finally called someone else who completed the job the first time for less money. When we finally got in touch with Mr. Bug Killer a month later we asked for our money back and they said they don't give refunds. Sad. They have already lost 3 customers from the poor service. I hate to leave bad reviews but it is what it is. Sorry guys.
