This review is long overdue. I have had the five star service for over 4 years now and I will never not have it unless Steve's decides to drastically reduce their prices. I have had other pest control companies try to convert me, and they're in a tough town for that because Steve's is stiff competition. First, I called one time to ask a question and I got the most informative, through response. The gentleman taught me about brown recluses, and he did so as if he hadn't done it a thousand times before--and I bet he had. Second, my tech is Taylor. He is absolutely the best. He gives the best customer service. He is always so polite and prompt in responding to me. I have only seen a handful of bugs in my house in over 4 years, and they've all been dead thousand leggers--those guys are sneaky, or ants--also sneaky. Anytime I have an issue, I reach out to Taylor and he takes care of it quickly!

John Mathis comes out every year to spray for springtails. I don't see any the rest of the year!

Have had Steve's Pest Control for a few years now and know they are great..highly recommend.

Simply put what they do works. Had bugs and mice in the house every year even with me trying to spray and put down poison boxes myself. Now they are gone, totally. No bugs, no spiders, no mice.

We had bought a dryer online market place and ended up with a explosion of roaches. Gross. So they came out and did not quit coming until the issue was resolved. Cost was so worth it! Thanks Steve’s pest control.

If I could rate this company less that one star, I would. I was trying to get an estimate on a small issue with bed bugs. They are not able to reproduce until they have reached maturity, and they haven't quite reached adulthood. The person that called to give the estimate, immediately said it would be about 3,000 dollars, and that they are in every portion of the house, without even having done an inspection. He said the soonest he could come look would be in five days, and unfortunately bedbugs are a time sensitive pest. Luckily Orkin is coming tomorrow to do a full inspection, for free. Thank God for them, and I will never again even inquire about the services provided by Steve's pest control.
