I'm quite impressed with this local business! Somehow we had a horde of flies invade our home this fall. In the past we've only had a few try to come in. They were mostly in our dining room around the windows where the sunshine really comes in, but they had kind of migrated to other rooms too. It was gross! Thanksgiving is coming and it felt like such an urgent situation. At my wits end, I knew I wanted to call a reliable *local* exterminator, but didn't know who to call, so at first I just quickly googled a pest extermination service that only "seemed" to be local. When I heard the voice and accent on the other end of the line, I realized that I had reached a company that only pretended to be local. Nope! Not what I wanted at all. But then I saw an ad for Local Guy Pest Control! The lady (owner's wife) I spoke with was very nice and professional and when she realized my situation, she told me she would check to see if the technician could squeeze me in that day. He did!! Troy, the owner, came out and did a very professional thorough examination and treatment, exhibiting knowledge and expertise all throughout the visit. I have been very pleased with the results and can now enjoy my home again without flies buzzing all around. There is no way I could have ever swatted and killed that many flies, so my husband and I have certainly appreciated the service this local business provided, and we give them the highest recommendation. We were having a problem with wasps that just would wouldn't go away. I started looking for an exterminator. Did you know some exterminators don't deal with stinging insects? I did not. The day before they were scheduled to wage a war on the wasps, we had an unexpected invasion of mice, and Local Guy addressed the rascally rodent issue on the initial visit as well. He is priced reasonably, works with you on scheduling, and since using his service I have had 0 pest issues in my VERY OLD house, which was a concern for me when I got it.
