I have nothing but great things to say about Mosquito Joe!!! Beginning with the person that signed me for the service to every technician that has come out, everyone has been very punctual and professional. They always text when they are on the way and when they are finished! The wonderful services they provide are worth it! I can finally enjoy my backyard without being bit every second and my dogs haven’t had any fleas, unlike other years! Thank you so much! UPDATE: seriously the best thing I have ever invested in! They are so professional, sweet and one of the best companies I have dealt with in years! They always come as scheduled, rescheduling is super easy and every single employee I have interacted with has been so polite and professional I cannot rave about them enough! We have been able to enjoy our yard like we never have before this summer with no mosquito bites and my dogs haven’t had one flea! They are also very affordable compared to other companies I’ve gotten quotes from! You guys are amazing and I recommend them to everyone I know!

Multiple comments at my event there were no mosquitos. People were legitimately surprised, and many made mention of it. Also the staff were friendly, helpful, and thorough.

My lot has a creek that runs behind it and some forest area. I have had a persistent mosquito problem. This is my first year with mosquito Joe and they do a great job. I like the fact that they send the same technician, Charles, out to my property every time. He knows my lot and what areas need to be emphasized.

I came across this company earlier this week after another miserable 5 minute race against time to water my garden, trying to enjoy the fresh air before being eaten alive by a cloud of mosquitoes. I had a good experience beginning with the phone call. Laura, (the owner) was friendly, efficient and very thorough. She answered almost every question I had before I could even ask. Today we had our first mosquito treatment all around the front and back yards. The service tech Chad messaged me 30 minutes beforehand when he was en route. He arrived on time, was professional and polite and completed the job within 15 minutes or less. He mentioned that he’d been careful to use their special formula closest to our garden, as we’d been assured they do when I first made the appt. I chose this company because of how the owner handled our phone call, b/c I could use their promotional coupon from their site which was very helpful, I was scheduled in very quickly, and especially because of the high reviews from customers who can actually go out and enjoy their backyard after having it treated for mosquitoes. There were a lot of companies listed on the google search but one call to MJ and I had all I needed. We’re seriously looking forward to the results! **Update- in the 24 hours since our first treatment we had an enjoyable evening of yard work and our morning coffee today out in the backyard with maybe 3 mosquito bites total. Unprecedented!!

Mosquito Joe has been excellent to work with this summer... prompt, professional communication and consistently going above and beyond. My yard and pool area are essentially mosquito-free. When I noticed mosquitoes once between treatments, they came back the very next day to service the affected areas per their guarantee. I have had this service done at both of my parents properties and it has done wonders. It has completely gotten rid of our mosquito issue. I was never able to enjoy the outdoors when mosquito season started. I hated spraying anything on myself just to go outside for a few minutes. We also couldn’t swim in the pool without mosquitoes trying to bite us. This year, I decided to try Mosquito Joe, and I'm very happy. Our yard has been mosquito-free since we started using their service three months ago. Kyle has been great in communicating and treating our yard thoroughly. The whole family can now enjoy the yard.

7/20/2022. Never use this company, they don't show up. Reschedule appointments based on their convinience on same day of service, leaving customer with no options and don't update customers at all, that they will not be coming, i had to call and check and then they said, oh we had to reschedule you. If you plan you parties around the treatment dates to enjoy your outdoor lawn most. Don't rely on this company. Its not worth it your time, to chase them every single treatment. Just go to any other company, they will respect their appointment date atleast. i am not even sure how did they get 4+ stars. All recent review has been the same. Cancelling the appointments

Shikhi, we're very sorry to see your negative review. Customer satisfaction is our highest priority, and it's disappointing that we were not able to provide a treatment before your outdoor party. However, we would like to clarify a few aspects of this situation. On Saturday, July 16th, we were forced to cancel your treatment due to weather circumstances outside of our control. By Missouri law, we are unable to complete work outside in excessive heat, and the temperature was 104 degrees. This, coupled with the high winds exceeding 15 mph made it unsafe for our technicians to complete the treatment. As soon as we realized we would be unable to provide service, our technician reached out with a text and you stated that you wanted to be rescheduled to August 6th in order to keep your treatments on Saturdays. When planning the routes for the next week, our team mistakenly scheduled you for that Wednesday, having not seen the note that you wanted to delay your service until August. As soon as we realized our error on Wednesday, we pulled you from the schedule. We received a call from you Wednesday afternoon and you expressed that you wanted your yard to be treated that day for a party in the evening. Unfortunately, our team had already moved on from that area. We apologized as we didn't have a technician available, but we still tried everything we could to provide a service before your party. We were unable to fit you into the schedule on such short notice, and you informed us that you would be canceling treatments. We are always happy to work with everyone's schedule and accommodate our customer's needs, however, there are circumstances outside of our control such as weather that limit our ability to do so. We apologize that we were unable to fit you into our schedule on Wednesday. We are always looking for ways to improve, and we embrace the chance to work toward a resolution together. Should you still wish to continue our services, please call our office and we will get you on the schedule right away. I received a advertisement post card in June for $49+ I called to make an appointment & was given a date for the 2weeks out ( week of 7/11/22). I received a call today (7/5/22) canceling my appointment & spewing out some other company names to use. She said it was because of rain and hot weather BUT my appointment is a week away? When I received the message I called to ask them why they were sending out postcard’s if they are “swamped” and I also mentioned that StL weather is always like this. The female who answered told me to “take that up with corporate”. I highly doubt corporate would matter if this is the tone the agent felt comfortable using.. Voicemail left: Hi this is Mosquito Joe we had promised you that we would spray the week of 7-11 unfortunately I don't know when we can get you sprayed with the rain and the heat being over 95° we can't keep our guys out there for eight hours a day it's too hot with long pants and face mask it's too long for their house and we do have rain coming in Wednesday we don't know when we can get to you so you could use mosquito squad Mosquita home in a Rottler we just need to know if you want to wait for us or if you want to move onto another mosquito service with us it's best to get on our books by April him to guarantee a spot please give us a call

We have experienced significant challenges in our scheduling due to our recent storms, as well as the heat index in excess of 105 degrees. Because our technicians wear protective gear and are outside in this extreme heat, it can be dangerous for them to work during the middle of the day, and we have had to rearrange our schedule to accommodate these weather factors. We're sorry for the inconvenience this caused, and we do understand that it isn't ideal that we aren't able to add you to our schedule for treatments. Our intention was to provide you with as much notice as possible, and we hope that our suggestions for other treatment options were helpful. After several messages with the office, we made it abundantly clear that we preferred to be present at the time of the first mosquito treatment so we could walk the grounds with the technician. I was promised the week of May 9, but no one called or showed up that week. I called the office again to find out what happened and to get a new date for the application. They assured me that they would let me know via text message two days in advance so we could make plans to be home. Well, that didn't happen. Someone texts me 5 minutes before arriving at my house. By the time I read the message, he was already finished spraying my yard. To make matters worse, when I look at the invoice that was sent immediately to my email, they had charged me for an additional service that was never part of what had agreed upon: mosquito spraying ONLY. Without our consent, they went ahead and spray our grass for other pests and had the nerve to charge for that! When confronted with this mismanagement, rather than apologizing for it, the office attendant was rude and obnoxious and hung up the phone after excusing herself on a very high volume of calls and customers she had to deal with. I do not recommend this company.

Alejandra, we apologize for your dissatisfaction and for the walk-through we missed. We understand your frustration about the miscommunication. However, we do tell every customer that we text or call on the way to each home, and it is noted on the “what to expect paperwork” that we mail out. For scheduling, when we say “week of,” it is based on the cooperation of the weather. We had several days a week of rain and wind that left us behind. We disclose up front that we never give a specific day (unless it is a spray event) because we cannot control the weather. We also notify customers of any delays by email and text 1 to 2 days in advance. The invoice you received the next day at the earliest for the charge on the flea and tick grass treatment was credited back to you. Lastly, no one hung up on you when you called. The staff member passed the call as per protocol to management. We’re sorry if you felt you were rudely treated. This was not our intention, but rather, we wanted to make things right. Again, we apologize for the way things ended and that we weren’t the right team for you. We wish you the best.<br>The Mosquito Joe Team
