I was scheduled for my first Trugreen service today. The tech showed up and did the wrong address but completed mine. A honest mistake I get it. What’s unacceptable is that I called TruGreen twice and got empty promises both times. I explained I was canceling my service if nobody showed up that this was my first service and this was a bad first impression. The First Lady responded thank you sir is there anything else I can do for you? Terrible customer service!

If I could give them zero stars I would. I think they just come out and spray water on your yard and call it a day. I gave them two years- Never again! If you want a pretty lawn, don’t hire these people.

I gave this company a chance for two years and I have had enough. Multiple issues. In consistent planning between national call center and local office on when and who and what treatment they were doing. Not having the product on the truck to treat for that treatment and having to reschedule. The texts saying someone is at your house(tech) when actually no one is at house doing treatment. Charging me for a treatment that never happened because the system said someone showed but did not. Technician running the treatment hose through my pool with the chemicals on the hose. Technicians not having knowledge of problems with the lawn and how to address it. They have to call back to a manager that isn't even coming onsite. It goes on but I'll save it. Just frustration and disappointment for a company that is nation wide and are supposed to be the best. Far from it. I'm canceling my service and going with someone who cares and not just another number

Corporate is terrible. Sales person was slick but sold me something totally different than I requested. Business model is based on total electronic communication with no personal contact. If you manage to find a phone number and get through to a warm body, they are foreign and impossible to understand. You are notified electronically the day service is to be rendered. I waited all day at my home so that I could speak to the technicians but they never showed up. I received another notice stating they would be there the next day so I waited until five pm when I had to leave but they still had not arrived. After two treatments, my lawn looks worse than ever. I paid over $2500 up front but I cancelled and was supposed to be refunded all of the unused balance but they shorted me. I am returning to using a good 3 in 1 fertilizer and get a great looking lawn and save myself $2300.

We sat around until 6 pm waiting for our first treatment. At 5:40 we received a message, they cancelled our service. When we called, they said - we cancelled, which we did not. They also charged us for a full year and then told us we missed 8 months of the year. Only when we communicated the fee should have been prorated, they tried to reprice. We cancelled as integrity is clearly not a priority.

Lousy experience. Original aeriating and treatment not done as promised and when they were supposed to show up or was only to treat lawn not aerate. Lousy service I am filing complaint with BBB. Can’t talk to a person manager. True Green talks a good job but lousy service.

I have had Tru Green for a year or more. My lawn does not look as good as they say. I have a weed that continues to grow. Try Green says they cannot get rid of this particular weed. My lawn service guy pulls them up every two weeks. Why do I pay TruGreen??

Just had my first treatment. Bryce was the person that did the treatment. He was so nice. Answered all my questions and provided me with additional information which gave me a better understanding on how it works and what to expect . Thank you Bryce.

The persons who has worked on my yard are very nice and capable. I wish I could say something nice about corporate Tru Green. Very hard to get in touch with them because of waiting forever for someone to answer your call. If I leave a callback , I never get get called, even though they say I will be called in a minute. I want to talk with someone locally. So far, most of my service has been good, but, I still prefer a local co.that I can call and get an answer.

Excellent communication and service. Unlike the other company we were using that billed us for services when the technician rolled up and did not even get out of their truck, they are trusted to do a great job every time. Thank you TruGreen.

No more weed issues after hiring TruGreen!

A lot of money compared to the results. However, I had no ants in the yard.

Person came to apply treatment. Only applied treatment to front yard and lied about treating the back. Company can not be trusted to complete contracted work.

They sprayed my lawn approximately 8 times? None of the sprays were during growing season. I have centipede grass. This spring when the lawn began to come out of dormancy, I lost a quarter of my lawn and all of my ground cover under the trees. I called the company and spoke to the employee that does the spraying. They blamed everything possible except the chemicals they sprayed. My lawn was fine before them and their chemicals were the only new thing done to the lawn. They will except no responsibility. Hope this doesn't happen to you. Very costly mistake I made letting them anywhere near my property.

If I have a problem, all I do is call the office. If I’m not sure about what I need the office recommends options. I talked to the owner about one problem and was completely satisfied. I have two services; my yard and my plants sprayed.
