Corey's annual inspection inside our home went off without a hitch. We're new to the south and he answered all of our questions. He arrived on time and was thorough AND thoroughly professional. A great experience!
I requested a home inspection for termite coverage. Service from Paramount was very professional. The office staff was efficient in scheduling. The Technician (Michael) was prompt and arrived at scheduled time. He was courteous and polite Respectful of our home during the inspection. He was knowledgeable and answered all of my questions. Overall it was a very good experience.

The gentleman who sprayed our home, Chase, was knowledgeable, friendly, efficient & took time to explain detailed answers to my questions. He came to Biloxi from his Hattiesburg office (1 hour) because the men in my immediate area were unable to come. Corey was very polite and professional. He was thorough in his inspection of my home. He gave me an estimate of the cost for termite protection, and made sure that I had contact information to schedule appointments and for any questions that may arise. He did not charge for the inspection. The price he quoted for a termite protection contract was very reasonable.

I have had a wonderful experience with all of the employees here. Aubrey is always prompt, polite, and professional. He does a great job of identifying potential issues and determining/executing best solutions. Kyle did a thorough home inspection when we had concerns about mice and was very knowledgeable not only about the pests, but also the architecture of our home - providing more insight into securing our home than even I had! I have small children, and it is such a relief to know there is such a professional team helping to keep our house safe and pest free.

The Paramount team, starting from the office staff and through to Kyle and Conor on site, came through for me when we discovered we had termite issues during the sale of our home. They responded promptly and professionally, did an incredibly thorough job of remediation, and worked hand in hand with our construction contractor as the latter performed the resultant repairs. I highly recommend Paramount for these services without hesitation.

The billing is confusing. My service lapsed in April 2025 to restart was an extra $99 plus year payment in July 2025 but the new service ended April 2026. Shouldnt it go to July 2026???? Also i only let it lapse because i never got an invoice saying it was expiring and i talked to them several times and said i wanted to make sure to keep it active but the last bill they sent said $0 was due. Very confusing.
I requested a termite inspection, but he included a plumbing issue which was not asked for nor wanted. The report I paid for wasn't even sent to me, to my real estate agent yes, the buyer's agent yes. The home inspection had already been paid for and done by another company, rather impertanent for him to overstep his pervue.

Hi Catherine, Thank you so much for your concerns over the inspection that we performed. We recently sent you a copy of the report to review. If you will notice on page 2 section D water leaks are listed as a condition that is conducive to termite activity and we are required to list any that are found during our inspection as this is a legal state document. I assure you we did not overstep what we were hired to do. We take great pride in providing the best quality service that we are capable of every time we are hired to complete a full inspection for wood destroying insects and conditions that are conducive to infestation.
