Lake was very thorough and professional. He found out two turtles while spraying my yard and carried them as he was spraying so they wouldn’t get scared or sprayed. This company cares about the service they give. I would recommend them to anyone looking for a reputable pest control company,

He has the best customer service and knowledge of any pest that I have seen. I am so glad that I am using a reliable company and I highly recommend them. also, Angie in the office is very nice always solving any and all of my scheduling and problem issues. She is the best employee for contact and follow through highly recommend alliance pest control.

Good company. They always call to set up my bi-monthly appointments. The service person calls when he's 10 minutes from my house. They always ask if I'm having any bug issues

Review of Alliance Pest Control – Gulfport, Mississippi Address: 260 22nd St, Gulfport, MS 39501 I am writing this review to express my deep disappointment with Alliance Pest Control. I hired Alliance Pest Control for an urgent pest inspection of my rental property. Pest issues—especially bed bugs—are taken very seriously in my business, so I paid for a professional inspection specifically to avoid any potential problems for future guests. Alliance was able to come out promptly, inspected the unit, and told me they did not see any signs of pests and cleared the property. Unfortunately, that assessment was completely incorrect. On Christmas Day, a guest staying in the unit experienced a bed bug infestation. As a result, I had to immediately remove the guest from the property and relocate them to another Airbnb/hotel. This situation was exactly what I was trying to prevent—and the reason I paid for Alliance’s inspection in the first place. After this incident, I contacted another pest control company, who provided a free inspection. Within minutes, they were able to identify clear signs of bed bugs, explain the issue, and begin treatment right away. The contrast in professionalism, knowledge, and thoroughness was undeniable. Alliance Pest Control’s failure to properly identify a bed bug infestation caused unnecessary stress, financial loss, and disruption to my guests. This type of inadequate inspection can seriously harm property owners and rental businesses who rely on professional expertise. I also spoke with an Alliance representative and was told I would hear back from the owner. It has now been over 48 hours, and I have received no follow-up, no explanation, and no offer of reimbursement or resolution. After waiting, I feel it is necessary to share my experience publicly. Based on my experience, I do not recommend Alliance Pest Control and will not be using their services again.

We have used Alliance Pest Control monthly for over 2 years having our yard sprayed for Mosquitoes . I couldn’t be happier with their service, always friendly and professional!! We enjoy our outdoor spaces with little to no pesky mosquitoes!! The price is great and monthly spraying is definitely the answer to a pest free yard!

I needed a 1 time termite treatment. The house needed it per mortgage requirements. They came out to do the inspection. After over 45 mins, the inspector told me he couldn't do a treatment because my crawl space was inaccessible. I was confused because we had a home inspection done twice within the last 6 months and had no problems. I looked at him as he was muddy, so I knew he had to be under the crawlspace because the plumber was there working on a leak. I was told there was nothing he could do but offer me a 2k treatment for inside and outer perimeter. Apparently, they had done a previous inspection. But, there was a but there was no mention of no access to crawl space. After my husband looked, there is an add-on that you can't get to, but all we needed was the main area that you can access done. He didn't explain this to me. I wasted a day waiting for them to show, and I needed to leave to go back home out of state. So now I am going to have to waste more time, trying to get someone. It's too bad because they lost a yearly contract after everything was done.

Save yourself the hassle pay someone with integrity and knowledge that will actually do what they say they’re gong to do.

Very unpolite an older man hung up the phone on me because I asked him why was the prices so expensive And I even wasn’t rude at all about it Knowing what’s going on with Cove it 19 there was no compassion whatsoever Besides the ridiculous prices Poor customer service .!!!

I have been using this company for a few years now. Maybe the office staff was having a less than perfect day, but they certainly could use some customer service training. Apparently a "contract" was signed at the beginning of service (years ago) for quarterly treatment. Never has anyone shown up to my house without scheduling with me, because no one is home during business hours. I have always had to fit treatments into my schedule, and they have always had to make note for the technician to call me when on the way so someone can be home. I have also sometimes scheduled the treatments more that 3 months apart, as my home hasn't needed treatment every three months. I received an invoice today for quarterly treatment, even though I did not schedule it. When I called to inquire, and voice my concern, there was zero effort to remedy the situation. I would have been willing to meet halfway, and pay half of the invoice for treatment of only the exterior since I do not want the inside treated now. It would also be great to be told a note will be made in my file to not show up in the future, unscheduled. Instead, I was told I did not uphold my end of the "contract" by scheduling with them in a timely manner, my poor lack of communication with them over the last month was not their problem, that my "contract" will now be cancelled, and that I will be sent to collections for the full invoice. That is certainly shocking, and horrendous business practice.
