Terminix

I am concerned with the service I’ve been receiving. Someone texts and tells us when they are coming and show up and just do outside. We aren’t even home, they come and go. I only do the service quarterly but pay for a full service. I only catch them about once every 2 or 3 visits to get them to do inside. Horrible inspection, spent 5 min to say you have spray foam so unless you want to rip it all out as a new build home of 1 yr, we can do absolutely nothing for you to prevent termites. Bye. Called customer service to see if there was any other options even take it without a warranty, but she couldn't tell me anything except, she said spray foam on inspection so thats it. Terminix is a ripoff. I’ve had service for years. I spent $1800+ for the initial treatment. Every year since 2016 my yearly year has increased. They only come out one time a year, if that to even check the bait stations. They charge an obscene amount even for their customers for a WDIC report. And then to top it off, when you try and move and sell your house, just know they don’t permit the transfer of your policy without a brand new liquid treatment. lol So funny and ridiculous.
