I have been with Southern pests for a couple years now. They took care if my pest problems quickly and haven't had an issue since. Technician Jeremy is my guy. Knowledgeable, thorough, attentive to details, personable, respectful...a professional. Definitely recommend Southern and ask for Jeremy!

Southern Pest Control is the best pest control company on the gulf coast!! Their staff is knowledgeable about any pest issues and their prices are extremely reasonable compared to other pest companies!

Dezi is on top of keeping us on time for our pest control, and Lane does a great job with servicing our house. We have had southern pest since we moved in and have not had any issues with rodents, roaches, or ants. They are always friendly and professional. They always try to call and if I can’t answer I’m able to do any scheduling or specific services through text. This is very convenient and easy. Very pleased with customer service by Denzi and our service guy Lane. Would recommend.

The staff that is deal with are friendly, kind, understanding, and have great customers service quality. Dezi, Richard are all a great team. I really appreciate everything they do, mostly working with me when I have to work. Great team to have on my side. I have even recommended the company to others.

This is a great company. Dezi was very friendly and quick to respond. It is our first time using them and they were quick to come out and give an estimate and follow through with treatment. David was great and saved us some money by letting us know a retreatment wasn't necessary for our specific problem. Honest and good company.

Southern Pest Control is a company founded on quality work and relationships. You pay for what you get and they will go the extra mile to insure your home is covered.

Our technician, Micheal, is always very nice and thorough in his service. He is very knowledgeable. My only issue is with scheduling with the main office. Visits are scheduled around their schedule, not mine, meaning that I often have to arrange someone else to come sit at my home on days that they can come out, even when scheduling weeks out. I’m sure they do it to save time, but our other provider was very considerate of our time in this regard.

They never showed up for appointment. We waited all afternoon. Will never call them again!

This has been the most confusing and frustrating experience. I paid cash for my service and have yet to receive a receipt for the services rendered and it is almost a month past the date of service. I have called more than four times within this period and still no response or update. The service technician stated they will be coming back to spray again for the bees that were in our property to make sure they are gone. We asked for contact ( on one of my calls for a receipt) on when they would be arriving and no contact was given and no one is even sure if the technician made a second visit. The communication and business practices are horrible. I regret calling this company because it has been nothing but the run around since they received our funds and it is a very unsettling feeling. I’m not sure what kind of activities they have going on, but they are not someone I will do business with again and. I suggest you heed this warning and not do so either.

Long story short. They had an emergency & had to reschedule my appointment . I have a specific day of the week I can have treatments done so at the earliest, I would be waiting an additional month for their scheduling problem. That does not sit well with me & saddens me that I am now ending a 20 year relationship with them but when you put profit or a take it or leave it approach to customers you will drive them away as is where I am at now. If I am to be just a number & a paycheck, I might as well go with a chain company that has enough service people to handle the needs of paying customers. I am a support local businesses kind of person but now have been driven to seek another pest control agency to accommodate my needs. The new regimen that runs SPC now only see profit over people. I wish them all the luck but with the new business concept they have adopted, I’m sure they will loose more long time customers.

$180 first visit didn’t kill hardly any roaches and they want more money for a follow up visit. Never trust a company that wants to do a second visit and will tell you upfront. You must water down your spray for first visit because it doesn’t work.

We had really good service and results with SPC. In 2020, we found termites in our house. SPC sent their termite team and did what we thought was a good job and was supposed to be good for 10 years. We paid the annual fee, $256, for the inspection but at the second inspection, 2022, we had termites again. They came to "retreat" but they will only retreat the one spot where the new termites are found. That is cockydoody! If it didn't work in that one spot, why would you trust the rest of the perimeter. They also said they would be back in two weeks after the treatment to inspect again. They have been a no show and have not followed up at all! And... since we haven't paid the annual inspection fee, they have stopped scheduling my regular pest treatment. I will be using some one else for our termite needs and I guess the normal pest treatments.

This company came to my house one spent 45 minutes and chared me $145 to spend 45 minutes spraying and treating my home. I have seen a major difference but they refuse to come back out for a second treatment without charging me for next month. I signed my contract on April 13th and it is only may 4th. I should have 10 more days of service. They also refuse to treat for fleas without an additional $145 charge. David was amazing even brought treats for the dogs. However we will not be continuing service with a company that refuses to hold up there end of a contract.
