Since moving to Mississippi in October my husband and I have tried out 2 other businesses prior to Holifield. The sales man did not try to persuade me or force me into anything. We simply talked I addressed the issues we’ve been having he noted the account and had someone out within two days. The customer service from sales to service technicians was top tier. Our service technicians even went out of their way to walk behind our property line fence to send me pictures of areas that could potentially be causing the increase of mosquitos in our back yard. I truly appreciate them going over and beyond and am truly happy to have found a company that knows how to communicate and not try to make a up sale any chance they get. True honest people and in my opinion the price is not outrageous seems pretty consistent for the products they use and the time the spend on giving the services and making sure its to the customers satisfaction.
