We've been Warner's Customers for a few years now. We use them for mowing, fertilizer/weed control, and even snow plowing in the off season. We have some unique circumstances that have meant we need professionals willing to work with us on timing and execution. Patricia has always been a DREAM to work with and the few times there has ever been a hiccup Warner's has ALWAYS done whatever was needed to make it right. I had a great experience working with Warners. A neighbor referred me, and they took care of tree work at two of my properties in Brooklyn Center and Lakeville. They trimmed multiple trees and removed a linden tree that was right over my pool and next to a new fence—huge relief not having to scoop leaves out of the pool anymore. A big thank-you to the tree crew—Corey M, Eddie O, Heriberto R, and Joaquin C—for their excellent work. The pricing was very reasonable, communication was excellent, and everyone involved was professional from start to finish. I’ve already recommended Warners to a neighbor and a colleague and would definitely use them again.

This is a terrible terrible company they do a terrible job at my apartment complex with snow removal and many people have slipped and fell and been hurt this 2025-2026 winter

We service many apartment complexes, and each one has different specifications for snow/ice removal. Some are auto salt/ice-melt, which means whenever it’s slippery, we go out and service right away. Others, we only service when requested by property managers. Some property managers schedule lot clears after each large snow event, while others never request a lot clear. A lot clear is needed to get the parking lot as clean as possible. <br> <br>Please always contact your property manager right away whenever conditions aren’t safe. I wanted to send a quick thank you to the crew who removed the snow from our sidewalk, front steps, and driveway on the morning of November 26, 2025. They arrived early in the morning, notified us so we could move our cars out of the driveway, did a marvelous job of removing the snow, and worked efficiently so they could move on to the next job. Giving us the opportunity to move our cars will prevent the development of an icy driveway surface under the cars. This is the outstanding level of service that keeps us returning to Warner's year after year.

I called Warner Outdoor Solutions very late in the year for a Fall Clean Up service, I called at 11:30 AM and by 3 PM the same day they arrived at my house, mowing and blowing the leaves in to pile, and the next morning they had a vacuum truck stop by, removing the leaves. I’m very happy with their promptness and quality of service. Thank You and I would definitely use them again.

I had their lawn care service including fertilization and weed control years ago. in general most of the technicians did a very poor job even broader leaf weeds would grow in the lawn. I asked them to come back and do a better job getting rid of the weeds. they were rude and eventually canceled my service request all together. that was the time I believe it was difficult to find good service companies. because of their behavior I decided to leave my lawn irrigation system unserviced just because of the hassle I have to go through. it felt like I needed to beg them for service or good service. I found their price too high because they insist on doing way too many visits.

Edit (April 18): Reducing this to one star because they refused to really work with me, and literally just called me threatening *collections* over a $1.17 invoice(!) that's a bogus "late fee" on a different invoice that was for a month they didn't even provide me with service! At this point I've paid them over $200 (not a ton mind you but they only came by twice before cancelling my service) for frankly unsatisfactory work and yet they continue to harass me. This is a crazy way to treat new customers. --- Pretty disappointed in the snow removal service, so I can’t recommend it to Minneapolis residents. I just moved into a new house in Minneapolis last week, right before the first big snow of the season, so I emailed looking for an estimate. To their credit they were pretty responsive via email and sent a truck out the same day of the storm to clear the driveway. Unfortunately they didn’t clear the sidewalks, which I had noted in my original email and even re-confirmed with them before ordering the service. I contacted them the next day and they assured me that somebody would be out as soon as possible that day to take care of it, but nobody ever showed up. It also snowed a bit more the night after they came, and the city plows came afterwards as well leaving a lot of snow still on the driveway, so even that was still difficult to drive on. I ended up having to buy some snow removal equipment and clear it myself over the weekend, so that I could get in my garage and also not worry about being fined by the city for the uncleared sidewalks, even though I really shouldn’t be doing this work in my condition. I sent them a text about all of this over the weekend, although they were closed, but this Monday morning I saw the text was read at 11AM and still received no reply. I guess I will be looking for alternative service for snow removal and my future landscaping needs since I am not seeing any interest in resolving this from them.

Please get back to us as soon as possible by responding to Dustin or calling our office at 651-735-2100. Our office line is available from 8am – 5pm, M-F.<br>You called us during a snow event, and we signed you up for the season. The first time we went out our technician was confused about the areas needed to be serviced. Had you signed up with us earlier, we would have had plow markers set up and a site map for our crew if needed. We did our very best to service you despite the short notice. We always do our best to get out within 8 hours of the snowfall cessation. We were out to your property within 2 hours from when you signed up with us. <br>On the 20th, you contacted us around 8am. We sent a crew back out to your property once we were made aware of areas being missed the same day. Unfortunately, it sounds like the area was again missed. Please always contact our primary office at 651-735-2100 if you have not received a response from your account manager. Our sales reps are not always in the office during snow events. I have never done a review of a company until now. Last Fall I paid for slit seeding. The person who came out manually added seed with a rake and rotary spreader, not using a slit seeding machine. I was told if the seed did not grow, to contact them in the Spring. I did in March of this Spring and it took almost three months to get them to respond, connecting with rude office personnel. Two individuals came out, neither had ever used the slit seeder machine before. One started their machine and dumped seed all over my driveway as he went to my backyard. He also ran the machine while texting on his cell phone, not realizing there was no seed, and the blades were not entering the ground. The other could not get his machine to start, so he spread seed with a rotary spreader. One individual, who was very professional throughout, came to the door to say they were done. I pointed out no slit seeding was done, so they called the office. A mechanic came out and got one of the machines to work. He then proceeded to use that machine with no seed in it. I went out there to point out there was no seed coming out. He said that is what the office instructed him to do in one of the many calls he made to his boss. He told me to call the office and I did many times with no answer. He called his boss and put it on speaker phone. His boss proceeded to speak unprofessionally about me, not knowing he was on speaker phone. I was told to call again. The manager was annoyed to have to speak with me and said that is how he spread seed on his property and the guys used up all the seed allowed for my job. Then accused me of trying to get my whole yard seeded after I had sent pictures of the areas and walked the guys to show the same areas from last Fall, later he rescinded this comment. I was told to give it time to see if the seed would grow. After running my irrigation continually for new seed again, there is nothing but a dirt patch and weeds. They did offer to come out if the seed did not take, but a I am finished with working with this company. Or offered me a free sprinkler blow out this Fall. I used them last Fall for my sprinkler blow out and the guy broke two caps of the values and just taped them on the pipe and left.

We hired them to do 4 buildings snow removal! The worst company we have ever had. They sub out all the work to several smaller companies so nobody is on the same page. Several times they left large areas undone or just did a very bad job! Their accounting is no better emailing that we had over paid one account and not paid another, stating we had 5 accounts which we did not. After I called to tell them that all the accounts were paid and they had cashed the checks, the "accountant" stated that "Oh yes all was fixed" , however she never bothered to email that to us and we spent time looking through our accounts to get the facts. This company is managed very poorly!

After reviewing your account and email history regarding your snow removal concerns, I hope that with the quick response times from our office in getting a crew there immediately when anything was missed shows that we truly do care about providing quality work. We do use trusted sub-contractors in some areas, but not all, to ensure the snow is removed in a timely matter and the first time we became aware of issues we began sending a manager out after each snow event for quality checks. After multiple occurrences of missed sidewalks, we did finish out the snow removal season completely in-house. Your business has a unique lot being fully surrounded by buildings, fence, and a parking barrier so when the account changed plow drivers there was a period of trial and error while our driver determined the best way to plow your lot. By the end of the season all our efforts to address your concerns look to have been resolved. As for the issues with our accounting, we have 5 separate accounts in our system under your name due to the 4 snow removal accounts as well as your property we provided lawn care for last year. Stating you have 5 accounts is an accurate statement on our end and a simple miscommunication when discussing your snow removal bills. Our accountant received a duplicate check for one of your 4 snow removal accounts but the amount on that check covered the balance due on 2 of your other accounts so after attempting to notify you of the issue she went ahead and balanced all your accounts properly to a $0 balance. I completely understand your frustrations with our services this winter but as you know we will always do anything we can to correct an issue and make it right with our customers.<br>When I called you today, I wanted to come up with any possible course of action to make up for the experience you had. Although you turned me down, feel free to reach out to me directly at anytime if you need any assistance with lawn care, landscaping, tree care, pest control, or irrigation. I used them to fix my irrigation system in the summer and they did a great job. They scheduled a time to winterize my system didn't show up and now keep bugging for invoice. Would find a more organized company to deal with.

Worst customer service we ever had for our yard. We cancelled and they still put us on their schedule for irrigation blowout. They could never explain our invoices, either. prices were always different. After we cancelled them, we had to call and cancel again! Also, they always forgot to close our gate and then our dog would get out. Terrible service! Naturally one of their incompetent representatives tried to debate our comments with details and facts conveniently omitted and skewed to make it seem like they tried to be professional. We've hired a different service that is always on time, provides transparent invoicing and was HALF the price of Warner's! Since we discontinued using Warner's, our yard has never looked better.

I worked with your husband Tom directly last year in regards to issues with our lawn care services and offered multiple solutions at no-charge to make up for it. When I attempted to schedule these complimentary services to help the lawn recover I was told you would reach out to us when you are ready and then no one from your residence ever followed up to schedule. Since I had made the offer for complimentary services and never heard back I left your account active so you could call in at anytime and take us up on the offer. In regards to the irrigation blow out being auto scheduled again this year, I will admit this was my mistake. Since I had left your account active for the complimentary aeration, seeding, and fertilizer I offered Tom last year, it resulted in the irrigation blow out getting scheduled as we have done for you over the last 3 years without issue. When we received the email that you did not want the service we promptly removed you from the list and apologized for the inconvenience. This fall was the first time we received a request from you or Tom to cancel and not contact you again. We ended 2020 on a positive note with your blow out being completed and even received a confirmation email from Tom. Lastly, in regards to your mention of the prices always being different I believe you are referring to irrigation service we did for you back in 2019. Our irrigation service is charged at an hourly rate plus materials which results in different prices for different situations. First season using their service for snow removal. I chose them due to their high rating online. I was very disappointed. Very poor job. Truck with shovel would just come and drag the snow off the driveway leaving a inch or two layer of packed snow. Complained. Not much improvement. Each trip was $60+. One month we paid them over $450 to have an icy packed driveway. We cancelled. Our kind neighbor offered to take over for only $30 per snowfall using his snowblower. Bare pavement now!

We were happy to send an account manager to your property to assess the quality of the plow work and touch things up at no-charge but unfortunately with plowing we cannot get down to the pavement as well as a snow blower will, especially with wet heavier snow. This is why we offer ice-melt services to get down to the pavement when we have icier conditions. We offer snow blowing for the entire driveway as well but finding a neighbor to do it for such a low cost is a great arrangement! save your time and money. Asked for a valve to be replaced this summer. They told me they replaced the whole valve but only replaced part of it. The first technician could not fix the right valve the first time and spent 1.5hrs out there to tell me he cannot find it. The second technician found it in 15 minutes- billed for the whole time the first guy was there doing nothing. I offered to pay for the services rendered right away but was told no and that I will receive a bill. Never received a bill or anything close to an invoice just their spam emails. Then they call with a threat to send my information to a collection agency. they never mentioned late fees until after I received the copy of the receipt of payment after it was paid. Overall a very shady company and untrustworthy.

I just left you a voicemail and will be sending you an email as well in order to make this right with you as we pride ourselves on quality customer service. I apologize that our office staff did not properly handle this situation in the first place but it does seem like you were simply not given a proper explanation of the service and our billing practices. When our technician first went to your property on 6/26 and rebuilt one of your valves of the two that needed repairs we had billed you for .75 hrs of work. Our technician then incompleted the job that day because he knew that our other technician would be better equipped to complete the remainder of the job in a more timely matter. One of our office staff then emailed you a synopsis of that first service and quoted 3 hours for the return service which would not include any additional trip charge. Our other technician returned to the property on 7/8 in order to track down the remaining valve that needed to be repaired. He ended up completing these repairs in less than half the time we had quoted resulting in an additional 1.25 hours of service. All of our trucks have tracking devices and these times have been verified. We do all of our billing monthly, at the start of each month for the previous month and unless otherwise stated we will mail the invoice to your property, apologies if you never received an invoice in the mail. I looked into our email history with you as well in regards to your comment about spam emails and we have only sent you emails in regards to the irrigation service details, the balance on your account, and scheduling an irrigation blowout (an essential service we automatically schedule for all of our irrigation customers). When you received the email stating there is an overdue balance on the account, we would have been happy to work with you on any of these concerns and make billing adjustments as needed. If you stated you never received the original invoice we would honor that and adjust the due date to reflect when you received the invoice and delete any additional charges. I hope this helps clear up your concerns and I would be happy to discuss things further and provide a refund or a complimentary start-up in the spring to ensure the system is at 100%. Horrible. I moved to CA in August and hired them (monthly subscription stating in Dec.) to remove snow until my house sold. Imagine my surprise when at 8pm on a sub-zero Jan. night, I arrive in Cottage Grove, MN to find my driveway covered in several inches of snow. The movers were scheduled to arrive the following morning. I called WOS and left several messages. I was promised someone would come to remove snow before the movers arrived at 10am. Ha! What a joke! I didn't even get a call back, and worse, no snow removal. I finally found another, more reliable company to help me. Warners Outdoor Solution is completely unreliable. They did finally respond to my urgent calls on Monday... too little, too late. Save yourself a lot of stress and frustration, and just go elsewhere.
