Extremely pushy door to door salesperson. I told him twice that we weren’t interested and appreciated his sales pitch. He claimed the neighborhood has an infestation of ants and spiders. Valor, unbelievably, coerced my wife into believing we had an infestation after finding a single specimen (vole?) and then locked us into a year long service contract. They ignored my request to remove exterior traps and won't release us from this contract. My advice if you reach out to them; get a second opinion at the very least. In our situation, they clearly took advantage of an emotional situation for their financial gain.
