Highly recommend! I called around and felt like the pricing and packages from the well known pest control companies was crazy. Finally found NBK... they are local business owners with awesome service, reasonable price, zero pressure sales tactics and easy to communicate with. We have used NBK for our house for 2 years and recently started using their service at our commercial business as well. They visit our house quarterly and business monthly or more if needed. Got rid of our mice, ants, spiders and hornets around the house.. a huge ant hill in our yard and box elder bugs in our morton building! We use their quarterly maintenance service which has worked out great to keep the critters away.

We had two yellow jacket nests on our house which was really stressful and scary. I'm so grateful we found NBK! Kris was able to come out on Monday after I contacted them Friday night, he answered all of my questions and did a great job of explaining the process and why the store bought sprays we tried previously didn't work. They were very reasonably priced for the level of service we received and we will definitely use them again if we have an issue in the future!

Personable, Professional, Punctual, Priced Reasonably. This is the 3rd time we've had them out. 3 years ago for Ants, 2 years ago for Spiders and Boxelder bugs. And this year for Ants again. Ants come back over time, and it was time to get that under control. Every service we've had them out for, they have solved. Very happy with the services, and will be calling them if i have future needs.

Brad was awesome! Answered my call and gave the best pricing for exactly what I needed. I called 10+ places who kept offering additional services I didn’t need. Brad offered the exact solution I needed and it worked! I called for a Hornet nest removal in my wall. One of his associates arrived promptly and sprayed. Normally it is supposed to take a few days but there was no activity by the next day. Payment was easy too. Would recommend 10/10.
