I was so happy with his outstanding customer service that I asked them to come and take a look around at work and give me a quote. Joseph came out and provided me a very competitive quote against the "Big Guys" of the industry. I am sure their customer service will continue to dwarf the competition. Highly recommend!

Highly recommend Joseph and Xeng to anyone needing help with rodent control around this area! Joseph came out a few years back and solved the attic-squirrel incident in our new house and we called them back when we had some mice try to move in this fall. Got a quote from Joseph and had Xeng come set out the stations, and we were so impressed by both. Xeng was very thorough in answering all of our questions (and my toddler's, who confirmed that his favorite color was in fact green), and gave this afraid of mice Mama peace of mind! Joseph not only took care of the huge wasp nest in our soffit, he also found 3 more under the facia on our shed and took care of those. Plus he explained everything to me and guaranteed his work for 30 days. He should get more than 5 stars!

I wish I could give 10 stars!! Fang came out and took care of the yellow jacket bees with 1 treatment. He explained why they were there and how the treatment works. The bees were gone by the following morning. Fang is extremely knowledgeable and professional, and I can't say enough great things about him.

We had Joseph out and he did a great job explaining how to combat some pest issues we are having. He is very knowledgable and super helpful explaining the why’s and what to do to fix them. Joseph made time to me with me early on a Saturday morning. He's considerate of pollinators, flora, fauna, and provides great education while treating your home for pests. I had him come out for yellow jackets that have infested my porch. They have to be dealt with so that I can make structural repairs to my home, but he never pressured me to act. He provided insight and I made my own decision. 10/10 recommended.

Joseph came over a couple times now. He's helped us with mice access points and helped us assess our batt issue.
