Great, timely service. Andrew was a really nice guy who came to my house twice for my one yellow jacket problem. He told me it could take a week or so for the hive to die, and when it returned, he came out and sprayed again to guarantee his work. I've been using Andrew for several years to deal with my pest issues and every time he's gotten rid of them the first time with 0 fuss or issues. Recently, he answered our call right away and came out same day to help us with a yellow jacket issue that got out of hand with many of them getting inside our home! He sprayed the area and the activity slowed immediately. They were all gone by the next morning. He gave tips of how to better deal with them and important things not to do and offered insight into how those critters work. He even took care of a few large ant hills while he was here, I would absolutely recommend Andrew without hesitation.

Andrew returned our call quickly, came very early morning. He found tiny entrance under the siding in the corner of the house. In one visit he treated the nest. In the second visit he came to remove the nest. There were no more activity. But we prefer professional to do this job, because it's about safety of life. The nest was in the corner in the lower level inside the house, in the insulation of the inside wall. The nest was huge. Andrew removed all infested by jellow jackets insulation, really giant nest, huge colony of dead yellow jackets. Treatment worked great, no activity, wasps never came back. Second case we trusted to Bright Pest Solutions - wasps nest on the enather side of the house outside, second floor high. Quick treated and safely solved for us and our neighboors.
