I wasn't home when lawn was treated so can't comment on job done. I will say my lawn has never looked worse. Large areas of yellowing grass, dying leaving huge areas of dirt! There's so many thistle it looks like I'm growing it as a crop! The thistle isn't affected at all by last 2 treatments, except in 1 small area. Then I get an extra bill!!! with no explanation! Very disappointed. It would be nice to have info regarding what was done and any recommendations,left after treatment completed.

I am impressed by the professionalism of this company. Despite having an issue with the work performed at my house (strictly aesthetic, he solved the problem), we were able to navigate to an amicable solution, quite pleasantly and professionally. For me this says a lot about the owner/technician at this company. I've been using Andrew for several years to deal with my pest issues and every time he's gotten rid of them the first time with 0 fuss or issues. Recently, he answered our call right away and came out same day to help us with a yellow jacket issue that got out of hand with many of them getting inside our home!
